Here is another tactic for Football Manager 2024. Winning the league with Spurs, Man U, and finished 8th with Luton. These are all Holiday tests, however, I am also using this tactic in my save with Rushall and I have completed three promotions on the bounce with players who should not be playing in these divisions and on a very limited budget. We do have a large stadium for our standard of football but this will allow us to grow, however starting out we should be getting around 500-600 fans to our games. We lifted the Europa Conference League, in our 1st season and the Europa League in Season 2. It's now time to test the quality of this rebuilt Sevilla side and win La Liga for the 1st time since 2009! We have also completed our international management, winning the World Cup, Euros, and Nations League with England. We just have Spain and France to complete our Glory Hunter Challenge. Going on to be the surprise package in the National League and became CHAMPIONS! We have also broken the record for the most goals scored in both divisions. It is time to work our magic again in the free transfer market and see if a triple promotion is possible as the bookies do not fancy us again! During this period the team (many of whom worked at the local Aldridge pit) played on the field behind the Miners Arms Public House in Rushall - changing in the pub and enjoying a pint after the game. The team, then playing in old gold and black stripes, was a "good 'un", and won various honors along the way, including the 1919-20 Lichfield & District League Championship in the first full season following the Great War; the Walsall Charity Cup in 1920-21 (playing the semi-final in the morning and the final in the afternoon), 1921-22 and jointly in 1922-23; the Walsall & District Parks League Championship and Senior Cup double of 1924-25; and the Walsall Junior Cup of 1935-36 - all before the club disbanding sometime prior to the outbreak of the Second World War. In 1951, a few local lads - John Edwards, Des Hyde, and Graham Wiggin, decided it was high time that football made a return to the village. They approached George Hunt, the proprietor of a local fish and chip shop, for permission to use his premises as their headquarters - which was agreed to, and Rowley Place was decided upon as the Pic's home ground. Other local players soon joined, including Don Griffiths, Eric Handley, Sid Yates, Wilf Trow, and Ernie Lamb. Sid Whitehouse became their trainer and Jim Trow and Mr Evans joined as committee members. With the help of George Hunt, a playing strip of red and white striped shirts was purchased and entry was gained into the Second Division of the Walsall & District Amateur League, where the team soon began winning trophies. In 1952, Ernie Lamb became the Club Secretary and Arthur Steed (later to become Chairman) joined as trainer; local bookmaker Jim Edge became President; and the headquarters were moved to Rushall Labour Club. Following suggestions from local people with memories of the pre-war club, it was finally decided to revert back to an old gold and black strip - the club's original colours. The Olympic were back in business.

The following season City suffered a second successive relegation, after finishing in the final relegation place in the National League and competed in regional non-league football from the 2017/18 season for the first time since 1929. Against all the odds, City successfully battled through a tough National League North playoffs to achieve a return to national football in the club’s historic centenary year. The final against Boston United was held at City’s new LNER Community Stadium, with a 2-0 victory securing promotion. York finished 21st last season and just avoided relegation and since then more managers have been sacked and have new owners: Who are the Uggla family after the York City FC takeover? The Uggla family are billionaires from Canada and have a number of interests in business, charity, and investment. Matt Uggla is the son of Lance Uggla, a significant supporter of the Tate Galleries.
