Forget about Work Rate, Teamwork, Technique, Passing and First Touch. Both Mental and Physical attributes do absolutely nothing in Football Manager. I am going to prove that only TWO attributes matter in FM23. We took Kettering from the Vanarama North to League One with the worst technical attributes in the Football League and we helped Nottingham Forest claim Champions League football by only using these attributes.
