FM24 Tactics - Knap's CARLO'S 4312* - Football Manager 2024

Luton, Rotherham and Stevenage are predicted to be some of the worst teams in their respective leagues at the beginning of Football Manager 2024 saves. The game has the three teams projected to be relegation candidates on every new save that you will start.

Luton are predicted to finish in 19th place in the EPL
Rotherham are predicted to finish in 24th in the EFL Championship
Stevenage are predicted to finish 17th in EFL League One.

With that in mind I have set about finding tactics that will not only save these teams but could potentially turn their fortunes around and help them to fight their way towards mid-table or even a top 6 finish.

Are those teams really that bad in FM24 or can a plug and play tactic swoop in and change all of that?

This is the closest system that I could find to a real life Carlo Ancelotti tactic using Knap's catalogue of tactics. I have run tests on the latest version of the game with all three clubs.
