Hi Everyone and welcome to our Moneyball General Manager series in Football Manager 2023.

In this series we will be playing as the general manager. We will control transfers & recruitment of all players and staff.

We will be using our No Attributes, Stats only approach to put the team together for our selected manager to run the team.

We will be taking up a "Billy Beane" role within football and look to take the Moneyball concept in this form within Football Manager 2023.
