Welcome to FMTV! FMTV is a new project aimed at helping people discover FM Content on YouTube. If you're a fan of FM use the links to find content organised in handy categories. For years now I have heard that Natural Fitness is a key attribute for any player that will reach their full potential in Football Manager. One attribute alone only makes up part of a footballer's abilities but it does seem that certain attributes could have a big weight on how quickly a player may reach their true potential and they can even have a big impact on whether they reach their full potential.
In this video I am going to run an experiment with two identical players. Player A will be set up with 20 for his Natural Fitness attribute. He is a gifted player who is willing to work hard to reach the peak levels of fitness. Player B has a score of 1 for Natural Fitness. He is one of those players who doesnt take his fitness seriously and thinks he can rely on his talents.
The experiment will begin in the 23/24 season when both players are 18 years old and will run for 3 full seasons. During this time they will both be locked in as starters in the Celtic team playing as the midfield pairing in a 352 tactic.
What impact does their Natural Fitness scores have on their outcomes? There's only one way to find out!
