For Wales, home kit is changed for the home jersey: white color changed in green with green stripes on the shoulders , on the sleeve cuffs and at the bottom of the shirt and was added white vertical stripes on the shirt.
Away kit is totally different

For Northern Ireland home kit was changed the collar, the colour stripe on the shoulders from green to white, the sleeve cuffs and be added a stripe at the bottom of the shirt
