Do we need them for FM13?...because i cant see any background on it in FM13. just normal and small......

I did wonder about this myself, but seeing as they are still included in the default SI set I keep on doing them as well.

if I'm not mistaken I have had .xml files to display a background logos in the standard FM skin, but only for FM 2011... will have to look in the notebook

if you are interested, I made a mod to display backgrounds logos for standard FM 2013 skin...
