That ID must be from an edited database in fact I'm pretty sure all 10 digit ID's are, his actual ID is 784206

I'll be extremely pedantic and point out that there are actually a very small number of 10-digit UIDs in the FM database assigned to real players. Why, I have no idea. It's something really small like 4 or 5 iirc.
Having said, as a rule of thumb, it's fair to assume that a 10-digit UID is indeed a player from an edited database, though
