@ivywinchester, can you use the upload image function to provide us with the original source image without the background removed? We want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red...
No collars @hunter1722
Thanks for heads-up 🍻 When the source is as low-quality as the second one, it's best to have the cut in 180x180. A bit of extra brightness wouldn't hurt too 😉 Will fix both myself, no worries, just keep it in mind for the future 👍
@ragadely, good effort, but this cut has a fair bit of snow: Snow is the colour from the background of the cut which was not totally removed. It is often white (hence ‘snow’) but it can be other colours. It can often be easily removed by puttin...
@michaelpinda, you should know by now that we want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines: At the same time, we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. Since in so...
Too small @hunter1722, and the current cut is very good and quite recent anyway.
@mtruesler, this is much too small to get a worthwhile cut from. Also, when you have multiple persons in a source, it's a good idea to tell us which should be cut 😉
You have around 200k missing images, so I think the best solution is to download the most recent pack from scratch and use Winrar to extract it.
Can you provide screenshots of your megapack folder, showing clearly the full path it’s located in as well as how many images are in that folder?

The config file is what maps images to people in-game. Without it, the megapack is useless. Delete what you have, and start again from scratch. Follow the steps in the FAQs at the top of this page. Follow carefully the steps to subsequently and chron...
The full megapack has over 550,000 images and you have less. Not sure how you've managed that. Do you have a file titled config.xml in your faces folder?
I've moved this to the correct place. Can you provide screenshots of your megapack folder, showing clearly the full path it’s located in as well as how many images are in that folder?
@Sebban95, in line with the guidelines, images like this for people who have been cut recently shouldn't be requested.
@Namelessasdfghjkl; For future cuts, keep in mind that the face should be straight-on, rather than slanting or at angle; i.e. the eyes are ideally in a straight line and parallel to the top or bottom of the cut.
@aloshman12, not bad, but we want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines: I'll fix this myself, but keep it in mind for further cuts 😉
@Antonio P C
That's only afforded to staff members. And before you ask again, you won't be one any time soon.
@SKOPEL21, use a bit of common sense, please. Images like this are too small to be worth requesting, let alone cutting.
@SKOPEL21, please remember to finalise your uploads, not leave them as draft.
@sami sabek, good effort, but this cut has a fair bit of snow: Snow is the colour from the background of the cut which was not totally removed. It is often white (hence ‘snow’) but it can be other colours. It can often be easily removed by putt...
@Liapwhy, for future reference, when you have a lot of images to upload, then you should upload them as a pack instead of individually and save the both of us some time. You can also upload up to 50 images per pack instead of just a maximum of 3 when done...

@thulium, I appreciate the work you're doing and I know we must seem somewhat over-demanding, but do consider whether a person has had a cut recently, and whether it's worth cutting another image from him again just yet. There are thousands of pending ima...
Please start using the upload multiple function, instead of uploading them one by one. Saves everyone a bit of time 😉
@ABBFH, current cut is quite recent and essentially identical, so there's no need to cut this again just yet.
@the137man, don't use AI tools to enlarge sources.
@Daniel Ewe Brightening darker images like this one always looks better in-game. The easiest way is to go to this tab in Photoshop: and tweak the brightness slider. There is also a Photoshop action file, available for download here, which...
I think @tv_capper is referring to this bit: It's a site display issue, I suspect, because the image will show in-game. I'll be sure to re-add it in 2026.08, so that it can appear in this area of the site 👍
@the137man, this isn't a very good cut. Can you use the upload image function to provide us with the original source image without the background removed?
Update 2026.07 is now available for download. Containing 5,023 cut-outs, it takes the total amount of cut-outs in the megapack to 551,200. Before downloading, please make sure to refer to this thread. If you have any issues with the megapac...
@Rodrigo Fiúza, can you use the upload image function to provide us with the original source image without the background removed? There is snow and artifacts around the head, and it's easier to cut from scratch than to clean it.
@Rivozz, good effort, but this cut has a fair bit of snow. Snow is the colour from the background of the cut which was not totally removed. It is often white (hence ‘snow’) but it can be other colours. It can often be easily removed by putting the cu...
Essentially the same as the current cut, which is not too old, so not worth cutting again.
There is very little which irritates me more than this. I'm doing this in my free time, so don't hassle me. I hope to release it very soon, time permitting.
@Santoz, this image and several other in this pack have clearly been enhanced using AI. Avoid doing so in the future. Using an AI image enlarger just “guesses” what certain pixels should look like when you make the image larger, and the result looks blurr...
What's that got to do with the cut-out forum??

@Bucknuts1711, I believe we've already told you that we want all cuts to have collars within 2-3 pixels of the chin, nudging it up when necessary, as per the guidelines.
No idea what this means 😕
@Kirukato Kashiarikutomorukimi, use a bit of common sense, man. These are quite clearly too small to be worth cutting.

@Nordian, these sources are ideal to cut. Why don't you consider giving them a go yourself instead of depending on others to do it? You'd get to see them in your game much more quickly this way 😉 This thread contains guidelines for what we're lookin...
FAO @piczulz and @Cipier, since you both seem to have started cutting some World Cup images. This year, the sources seem to be quite dark and have half the face in the shade. For me, images like this are not improvements, particularly when the curren...
@bennytee For future cuts, keep in mind that the face should be straight-on, rather than slanting or at angle; i.e. the eyes are ideally in a straight line and parallel to the top or bottom of the cut.
@bennytee Good cut, but please remember that we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck...
