I think maybe it's my images that are giving you trouble. I know mons also say they save as .jpg on his computer unless he opens them in a new window... Can't for the life of me figure out why, because I can't get it to happen on my computer. They ARE saved as .png's and listed in the URL as .png's - so how they save to disc as .jpg is a mystery. Either way, it's the image host I'm using who's to blame.
I'll try to find some other host when I feel like it... although I really like using this service because it's quick and easy. Sorry for the inconvenience though.

I use IE9 on my PC and have the issue, but it doesn't occur when I use Chrome on my parents' laptop, even mystifyingly

OK. I use Chrome, which probably explains why it's not happening to me.

'Improvement' or 'Non Improvement', where the user can only chose one. This will make clear to the person who volunteers to cut the request, if it is worth it or not, and also, establish if the new cut should be a part of the new update pack.
