The Amazing Spider-Man. I went and saw it at the cinema last summer and enjoyed it, did so again today. Fun film. Emma Stone is hot.

Watched a film for the first time in roughly a month today, and oh boy was it a good one!

Zero Dark Thirty. Just an excellent work of film-making.

Thought it was ok.

Really didn't grab me though.

Watched Lincoln last night, great acting by Daniel Day Lewis and co, but I did struggle to keep my eyes open at times to be honest.

Thought it was very provocative and viscerally stimulating - mainly due to the style of it - but the substance was a bit unconvincing. Maybe I just missed the point of it, but I didn't think it made any particularly well. Definitely worth seeing though. Interesting if nothing else.

I just saw Gangster Squad.

Brain dead garbage, Sean Penn's make-up is hilariously poor, the plot is stupid, the characters boring and the action mediocre.

Saw Spring Breakers. Decent film. Easy to tell that Korine is completely disinterested in structure, plot etc. but is entirely focused on atmosphere. Makes for an interesting pop poem, but not the best film.
