Massimo Cellino has been asked to resign by the Football League. They got documents from an Italian court that prove he is guilty of tax evasion, therefore making him fail the fit and proper ownership test. But apparently he will be able to return to Leeds United after 18th March 2015 which makes this all a bit pointless.

Not really. They need to keep the club running from now until March, so 3months, they're struggling financially as it is. Cellino won't be allowed to spend any of his own money towards the club.

Administration and -10 points (which would see them 2nd bottom) is very very likely.

No it's not. His lawyers will just set up an appeal process which likely won't be heard until January-February in which time he can still be "in charge"

Second Hallam Hope, is a good player but clearly nowhere near match fit so as nothing to offer yet

You can blame us for that, wasn't ready for the Championship and then just to make it worse for him we played him as a winger, his confidence will be on its arse, hope he picks up though, showed a lot of promise last season with you.

Not blaming anyone. It was clear that when he came to us that he wouldn't be up to standard in terms of match fitness and things like that. What happened in the past is out of our control, he had an offer to join Hibernian on loan and from today's point of view it would have been better for him to take this offer but hey, that's how it works. It's the job of Flitcroft of Flitcroft and his coaching staff to get him fit so you don't need to worry.

Good performance, great result, utterly shocking ref. If waving away a stonewall penalty was bad enough in the first half after their right-back decided to turn his back on the game and wrestle Grant Holt to the floor wasn't bad enough, he also missed Alex Pritchard's blatant kick at Hogg - an act which would have seen the on-loan Tottenham off had the ref been paying attention. While Hogg was off getting treatment, they scored. He also missed a possible penalty for them in the dying seconds, but had he given that it would have incited a riot, quite frankly, after his previous decisions. No doubt the FL Show will do its usual London-centric thing and ignore our moments where we could have made it 3-0 and more and focus on their missed opportunities by saying they should have got something (which they could have done, but they ultimately lost because we scored and they didn't).

Ref did have the most entertaining moment of the game. After their central defender clattered Holt he pitched a proper five-year-old's hissy fit, complete with foot stamping. When he started berating the referee when he got called over, the ref did an impression of him then booked him. A rare moment of good reffing.

Gutted about the game yesterday we did not play well and we missed Cairney. They got lucky winning it with a deflected shot in added time a draw would have been fair but we didn't play well and now drop out of the play offs

Aye, we were rubbish yesterday, I think that's the worst I've seen us play this season. (Only been to home games so didn't see Rotherham, Wolves etc).

We need to stop going behind and start to sort our first half performances out, I can't remember the last time we were leading at HT and we always start the game looking so casual and we don't start performing until we go a goal down! We need to sort it soon, ideally starting next week at Brentford.

Are you going to Bolton? I got my ticket earlier in the week.

Yeah we were even worse against Rotherham.

I know we only seem to play for one half which is usually the second half.

Yeah I am, I got my ticket a couple weeks ago.Should be a great game! Can't make Brentford this weekend though

Williamson' challenge on Mcgugan was brutal, delighted with the 3 points. Not sure why Dielna was that far up the pitch tho seeing as he's a defender! Great strike and a lovely little deflection

Very interesting scenes at Leyton Orient. Another new weird foreign manager, with literally no experience and a complete new managment team. League Two bound?

We tried extremely hard to fuck ourselves over, going three-nil up and then gifting Northampton two of their own. Fortunately we escaped from Sixfields with three points.

Disappointing defeat for us today back to back defeats now. I wasn't able to make the game and I haven't seen any highlights but I have heard that Brentford deserved to win. Marshall did hit the post at 2-1 though which could have changed the game.

Had Nahki stuck that one away at 0-0 then we'd be talking about a different game. Had the ref not been so keen to send Wallace off it'd be the same. I can see why he thought it was a red, but it's another one where the ball's bouncing, not under control, and he's not really in - corner of the box, heading towards the dead ball line rather than in on goal. Harsh, for an honest attempt to play the ball, but that's how the ref has interpreted it.

I don't understand what constitutes a clear goalscoring opportunity these days. Wallace was sent off against Charlton when there were 2 covering defenders for a bouncing ball 40 yards out as well as yesterday (which was overturned - though we're in the ludicrous situation now where he's got a 2 match ban because it was his second red of the season, despite the fact the first was overturned), but watching MOTD last night Dummett of Newcastle hauled an Arsenal lad down eight yards out and about to shoot and wasn't sent off. I don't see how that isn't a red card but ours are under the same law of the game. It's a nonsense.

It sounded dire, we're heading for mid table again unless we sort this out asap, cos even towards the end of our unbeaten run we weren't playing well!

Regardless of how we do against Charlton next week I think Bolton will beat us.....we've lost our last few games there and Lennon will have them pumped up from the off whereas most games we come out so flat and limp.
