Congrats, you must be buzzing after a thoroughly miserable few years!
Great post! I can imagine all Huddersfield fans agree.
Who do the fans want next? A short term option who may be able to keep you up (huge task that though.....might even be beyond Big Sam) or a longer term option, even if you get relegated?
Was hoping we'd be able to hang on. Quite confident for Tuesday though if you field a similar line up, Rafa will surely only be thinking about your game with Cardiff next weekend.
United 1-0 up at Spurs after an hour. Great ball from Pogba for the goal.
3 defeats out of 4, never thought they'd go on a run like that this season. Next Thursday's game will be interesting. Win that and you should start to believe...
Inter were always going to bottle it against PSV, it's so typically Inter, especially with Spalletti in charge.
Aye, thought the two red card decisions yesterday were both really poor. Mounié's where there was absolutely no malice or aggression in the challenge and also Capoue's where both players had a foot on the ball after both going in for the...
Return of the PL tomorrow, crunch game down the bottom with Ranieri's Fulham v Southampton. I'll always stick up for Hughes given the job he did here but yeah, if they have one or two more bad results he'll be in big trouble.....
Lopetegui sacked - no surprise. What a terrible few months for him. Interesting to see who they get next.
Arsenal going well. Expectations for this season VP? Get back into the top 4 or are you starting to aim higher?
We beat Leeds at the weekend, good result and we've adapted well back to life in the Championship. There's nothing to fear in this league, we shouldn't write off targeting a top 6 finish even if it might be just beyond us this season. All c...
Brighton 1-0 West Ham, almost HT.
Interesting game Sunday, Liverpool-City. Liverpool certainly know how to beat them and City haven't won there for yonks. Liverpool have had some difficult games though recently and City are probably coming into it i...
Villa should get Big Sam in - he might not be a popular choice with the fans but he'd get them promoted. I've seen Moyes is favourite but he's been a failure in his last few jobs, they'd have probably been better off sticking with Br...
Predictable big wins for City and Liverpool. Good result for Wolves again.
We've made a decent start back to life in the Championship, undefeated with two wins and three draws. The fixture list has been relatively kind although we did beat Brentford at the weekend who seem pretty well-fancied to have a good season.
Thought Mourinho and United might have ground out a 1-0 win last night (also bearing in mind Spurs' poor record there) but it does look like they really are in a mess.
Can't see him being there too much longer..
Indeed, Dack's second in particular was quality!
City beating Arsenal 1-0 at HT.
Not gonna lie, I've never seen the guy play before haha.....he's obviously decent though. Already signed Kluivert, Pastore going forward plus the players from last season, so hopefully it won't be too much of a problem.

Could you imagine? Crazy.
Alisson isn't very average. He might have had only one season as first-choice at Roma, but he was quality.
£67m is pretty crazy yep (though I'd have been tempted to turn it down as I'm sick of Roma selling a Pjanic, Salah, Alisson...
Same, crazy.
Sweden will be another tight game I think. Could be 1-0 either way via a set-piece.
Can't believe the Swedish sub gave that free kick away, terrible lunge in the very last minute. Germany will be fine to go through now, as runners-up though most likely so they could well be facing Brazil.
Enjoy! As you say, gotta be done.
City first team to get 100 points in top division history.....fair play!
Swansea down without a fight, Chelsea's capitulation wasn't that surprising but well done to Newcastle.........and Salah breaks the record for most goals in a 38 game PL...
Congrats, delighted you've stayed up. You deserve it too, two excellent displays in the last few days. I know it doesn't mean quite as much now but you must fancy your chances on Sunday too, looking at Arsenal's dreadful away form.
It wa...
Southampton pretty much safe, delighted for Hughesy.
Swansea are seriously struggling for goals. Stoke are dire but I wouldn't even be that confident backing Swansea to beat them at home. I expect Huddersfield will get beat at Chelsea but wouldn...
Bodes well for the World Cup....
Last gasp equaliser for Everton v Southampton. Huge game on Tuesday, Swansea v Southampton.
You might not get another point (although Arsenal's away record is dreadful, so you could get something against them) but who knows, that might be enough. If Southampton don't win at Swansea I doubt they'd catch you? Everton away and City...
11 I think it is
Gonna be tough for Arsenal second leg but you never know. Would be good for Wenger to win a trophy in his final game as Arsenal manager.
So unlucky for Oxlade-Chamberlain missing a World Cup and in all likelihood a Champions League final. Hopefully he still gets the chance to play in both in the future.
Happy Roma got the two late goals to keep the tie just about alive but before then it...
Yep, wouldn't be surprised if a team like Plymouth go up via the playoffs, if you can get in there. Shrewsbury are out of form, Rotherham have been hit and miss, it's anyone's game.
We're going up (almost certainly)
Well done Newcastle, looking like a great end to the season for you.
Can't believe Arsenal have only won 3 away games all season that is dreadful.
Bottom three starting to get cut adrift now. Southampton have improved under Hughesy - mainly going forward - but you can't be throwing away a two goal lead.
My Uncle is a season ticket holder at Liverpool but doubt there'll be any tickets going spare on such an occasion forza Roma!
ROMA! still in complete shock.
You should be absolutely fine now. Stoke, Southampton and Huddersfield are struggling, two from those three I'd say. I know Palace are only two points above the drop zone but they should be fine..
So...Jamie Carragher....
Agreed, it's Juve's now.
I had hoped this would be the year that they didn't win it, but always had that feeling that they'd prevail. They've still got Napoli to play at home yet too.
Aye, they really are awful and dire to watch too. Somehow they're not in the relegation zone (5 wins all season!) but their upcoming fixtures look tough so they could well be soon.
Still fancy Palace to get out of it. I thought they were virtually...
30 shots to 0 was it? Crazy stuff.
Two extra points today would have been most welcome for you but you must be pleased that there's at least three teams looking worse than you right now......definitely West Brom, West Ham and Southampton, and eve...
The absolute state of West Ham.
Sevilla 0-0 Utd. Should have seen that coming really.....
Disappointing for Roma to lose after leading at HT, not a surprise though unfortunately.
Was surprised by Juve's approach and how poor they were on Tuesday. After going 2-0 up they could barely string two passes together, for the rest of the first half especially. And yet they had the chance to go 3-1 up right on HT....
I had Juve down...
3-0 Chelsea it finished, West Brom starting to be cut adrift a bit....3 wins all season, 2 of which were in August, is unbelievably bad.
If Conte leaves the cycle will just start again....new manager, success, crisis, sacked, new manager, etc.
I would say this needs to change, but despite all the managers they've got through they've still won a lot of trophies..
Christ Chelsea are bad at the moment.
Spurs were completely dominant against United. Fellaini got subbed a few minutes after he came on, not sure if he was injured.....
Still as tight as ever in the bottom half, mainly because they all seem to draw wit...
Arsenal, oh dear 1 point out of WBA, Bournemouth and Swansea away from home is it in the last few weeks? That's dire.
Didn't know that. He'd have been good for you.
Think you'll be able to stay up if you don't sign anyone else? Could you see Rafa walking out?
