What version of the megapack have you downloaded? The image was provided in the interim pack between 2.14 and 3.0 so I'm suspecting you've missed that one. That pack had almost 6,500 images so you're bound to be missing some if you didn't download that one.

I'd suggest downloading the torrent file, and getting the soon-to-be-three subsequent updates to ensure you do not have any missing images.

I remember posting the Ammari one earlier, now I know why. Ammari, just like Igesund, Hendrickx, Croux and Briels already have an entry in the config of the Megapack, however the pics are still missing.
