School boy error. Should have gone into research. No exams for me, just one essay and my thesis deadline in September. Cushy.

Well they're only worth 50% of my modules and my marks for my coursework have been good so there's not too much pressure. Next semester I've got two more modules I think and then my project after Easter which I'm looking forward to. Being in the lab all week is going to be sweet.

Anyone got any offers etc recently? Just got an offer to do my doctorate at Oxford, now I have to find out the results of the funding competition. Nervewracking tbh.

Haha, maybe a little bit. Getting the offer is much easier than getting the funding sadly. Universities want/need money but are reluctant to give it out.

What bugs me is that I pay £3k+ a year for tuition, but I'm still made to pay £10 for course handbooks which consist purely of photocopied PDF files they don't give us access to. Bastards.

Fucking hell after next month I finish Uni. Terrifying yet exciting at the same time.

I have to say University has been amazing for me.

I'm in a similar boat. My last lecture and seminar are both on Tuesday, and my dissertation is due on May 13th. One and only exam on the 16th. It's all pretty terrifying.

My course has been a disappointment but the past three years have been dead fun and I've had some great times. Not really sure what's next though...

I wish we had the stay on campus uni culture here. Have to commute and hour to uni and a hour back.
