Starting my career with Barcelona, i've introduced a 4-3-3 attacking and counter formation with patience and possession being key.
Pre-season, bedding in the formation is vital, tactics training essential as all stats are low on famiiarity etc.

As Dan Johno and George have said do screenshots instead off attachments and good luck with Barca i felt like doing a career with Barca but Decided not to so Good Luck with this
