Filip Daems is still named the captain of Gladbach, although he isn't no longer in the club. Nevertheless there is a bad reaction from your players when you name a new captain so that should probably be fixed.

Plus: Why are the new players already in the club (which I like) but loan deals that end after this season are still valid? (for example Kramer in Gladbach instead of back in Leverkusen). Are they just left out for now or is the intention to let them remain in their clubs until 30th June?

Just don't use the loans file. You can remove any loans created by SI in their 15.3 update by going into the editor > edit > remove all loans > save as.

Chelsea 23-year-old winger Christian Atsu will play on loan for Bournemouth.

Schalke 04 midfielder Donis Avdijaj will remain on loan at Sturm Graz for another season.
