This update contains over 103.660 changes from 1st of February 2013 until 1st of October 2013 that the game itself does not include ! Inside the .rar file you can also find all the texts that contain all the database changes and the instructions file to give some more info !

Lets see what each file includes :
Transfers Update :
1. Transfers from all around the world from the very best leagues to the small ones.
2. Contract changes to reflect corrected wages.
3. Managerial changes.
4. Passed away players/staff are removed from database.
5. Corrected squad numbers.
General Changes :
1. Nationality changes.
2. Favorite clubs, Favourite staffs and so.
3. Chairman changes. Newly created chairmans take the place of the one who left.
4. In some cases adjusted personal attributes such as height and weight.
Wonderkids :
1. New young players created ,who will become world class players in the future ( wonderkids ).
2. In some cases adjusted CA/PA abilities of players under 21,and set wonderkids.
Current Ability / Potential Ability Changes :
1. Adjusted stats and current ability attributes.
2. Adjusted potential ability.
Question : Do you mean you are doing CA/PA abilities, which you didnt last year ?
Answer : Yes , this year i decided to include this feature.
Question : How will this feature affect our games? Can we play this update without the CA/PA changes?
Answer : Yes , the CA/PA file will be a new file beside the others. If you dont want this file , simply dont choose it when you start a new game.

Instructions:
Download and extract the files to : C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2013\Editor Data.
If editor data folder is not there, create one with this name only. Other names will not recognize the files inside the game.
Mac Users:
Download and extract the files to : Macintosh HD\users\USERNAME\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2013\Editor Data.
If editor data folder is not there, create one with this name only. Other names will not recognize the files inside the game.
Then open the game , click Start a new game , and then a box will open. Under the database you have to choose, you will find a small box
beside the Editor Data Files , with a small box and next to it Changes. Make sure the box is ticked and then ok. It will take you to a new
screen where you have to choose the files. Choose only my files if you are not sure about the changes in every file. Many creators files
together can cause crashes to the game , duplicates and other problems.Avoid to use different creators files.

1. New update pack (1.7) will come in 25-26 February due to being abroad and didnt find the expected time to work on.
2. I have completely done the transfers from Süper Lig (1st division of Turkey) . Now i am working on the 1st division of Romania, so the next pack will include also all the transfers from Romania.
3. Also i have done all the latest worldwide transfers like Nigel Reo Coker,Mikael Silvestre and so.
At this point i would like to inform all of you , that I am not working on FM12. My last update come before FM13's release so dont ask for FM12 updates. Some said that the current updates for FM13 work on FM12 so give it a try you dont have something to lose. )

Like last year, from now on , Ι would like to work more closely with you , the gamers , in terms of scouting.
I come from Greece. I can get the best information for greek teams through greek football pages. What I want from you, is to give me info about things happening in your country , so I can pass them to the game. The result will be a very detailed and enjoyable game through your knowledge given to me.
For example :
You are from Portugal. Because of that , you know the portuguese language and you read the portuguese football papers/blogs. I cant get the correct info for my packs from Portugal. I want you to write in a notepad once a month, what happened in your country : Players/managers/staff left,signed,deceased,retired.Also relationships. Likes/Dislikes and so. If you want you can also make suggestions on future CA/PA abilities so I can change them into the correct ones. Also economical changes,stadium changes and so. Everything that cant be included in the FM game. Like a real life scout !!
You dont have to be afraid,its not that hard. All the help i ask , will be delivered back to you , by downloading a pack that has everything you want to see, inside!!

3. Lots of missed contract renewals in every country.
4. CA/PA changes to reflect Gareth Bale's long shots * Cristiano Ronaldo's technique , plus some changes.
5. Galatasaray's affiliate with Reading.
6. Two new wonderkids. Patrick Pfucke from Mainz & Guillermo Lara from Barcelona B.

3. General changes like duplicates removed and corrected some club names.

4. Two new wonderkids. Joe van der Sar from Noordwijk & Jeremie Boga from Chelsea.
5. Ten new CA/PA changes. Which players? You have to discover!
6. I have done a worldwide work about retired players. Players like Pires,Olivier De Cock,Georgi Borisov,Pavel Mares,Mario Galinovic,Asbjorn Rode Sennels,Jari Litmanen,Nicolas Gillet and many more wont be available for transfer because they have retired also in-game!

7. Farnborough placed in administration and Stockport County changes to semi-professional club.
