Not for FM yet, it's available for PES and we can convert them from there. But I'm unable to retrieve them, as I don't have PES 2021 and I cannot find the PNG kits anywhere

Yes same template if that is what you mean. Naturally some clubs have changed their kits for this season, compared to last season's ones.
