Maiden Europe

The opposition were one of my promotion rivals last season SKN St Polten, and once again they proved their worth taking us all the way to penalties. Luckily my goalkeeper Luske, who has been immense for us all season, made 2 saves, and the cup was ours.



So thats the double completed, and Austria completed. Novinic finished the season with 26 goals.



Just as I set an all time record with my points tally last season, we've set another all time record this year, Stipe Vucur, my captain, brick wall defender, and scorer of goals from corners set a new Average Rating record.



I think we picked up goal of the season, had 3 players in team of the season, and I won a couple of manager of the year awards too. Worth noting that the average age of my team was only 24.

So my job here is done, time to say farewell to the land of lederhosen, waltzing and crap musclebound actors and sign on the dole in Minsk and see what jobs come up.

So I sat around waiting for the season to start, wondering if a job would come up, and newly promoted Kommunalnik Slonim became available.



So I took over the reigns with a mandate to avoid relegation. The club had no staff, and the squad wasnt exactly awe-inspiring. Going to have my work cut out for me here. We do however seem to have a generous budget: 5.45k transfer with 7.6k wages budget. As the average weekly wage seems to be about £150-£200, I dont think I'll have a problem sticking to this budget.



Dived into the transfer market, and brought in 15 new players to strengthen the squad in most areas.



We are 33-1 for the title, and one of the favourites for the drop.

A mixed pre-season. We lost our first 2 games, but then our new signings joined and we won 3 out of our remaining 4 fixtures.

Two wins and three draws..not a bad start to the season. New signing Mikhalyuk seems to be a decent investment.



So we're on 9 points and in touch with the leaders.

Good start of the season. Not and easy job to get promotion this season. Good luck with it and try to improve your team some more. I know it's hard since you can only buy Belarussians

Yeah the Belorussian-only rule was a surprise. Thinking I may as well fire my scouts, as it's unlikely they will find anyone who fits this criteria anyway.

you could do that but there are Belorussian outside Belarus in Rusland, Poland and even Belgium. Not sure if they will join you, I kept my scout since he gave good advice and he cost very little.
