Your cuts got plenty of snow and leftover of the background visible on dark background as it can be seen here:
Are you checking the cuts on dark background at all because it seems like you aren't. So please read the guide thread and especially the part about removing the snow. Removed the snow etc from those cuts.

Thanks, I checked with blue background and corrected with brush, pixel to pixel. But it was not enough.

There's some left around his right ear and a bit around the right side of his head and tiny bit around the left side of his neck, but other than that's it's clean from snow and even those bits are hard to see in game. This time there's this weird lines on the background though.
So something like this:
Lost a bit of sharpness since I had to overscale the cut without the source image available.Tiny bit of sharpening seemed to work miracles though.
