A good draw really away from home we took the lead but after that we were on the back foot and in the end Ishiaku grabbed us a point off the bench

really don't how we lost this game we missed so many chances and defended brilliantly until the 93rd min we were missing key players and that cost us in the end

Really poor game we were awful not even having any good chances

that's 2 defeats in a row ! We did play a good team and I have Nurnburg away next which is another really tough game.

Another defeat we cant defend another 6 goals conceded isn't good enough 4 of these were off corners that's awful we could have won this game if we defended those set pieces better

we really need to pick up some form !

Have you tried having a Team Meeting to see if it galvanizes the squad??

Might help raise morale if it's low due to the form.

We have the contract renewals due on about 6/7 of our first team players and they all want about 1/2k per week more than they are already getting. Don't think we can afford to keep them all...

They are all good players so I offered them all new deals except Sacha Boller and Ken Leemans. They were wanting WAY too much. I just figured that it was best to tie them down then if we think they are on too much we can sell them for money instead.

Ok so my stint is done. Sorry I wasn't able to post up game-by-game results but I've been real busy of late. So the fixtures went like this:-

Poor. I really thought we had turned the corner after a win in my first game but poor efforts resumed and we got beaten 3 matches in a row. I think we need to seriously look at changing the formation.

I brought in Marcel Hestelberger for WBL on a free as we needed a little more cover as well as Midfielder Enrico Marchese on a free loan:

We are slipping. Mid-table isn't bad considering it's our first season but if we don't watch the form we will end up in a relegation battle and we dont want that!

The game was pretty much over after 11 minutes. I don't know what happened but we started off crap and seemed to only turn up after their third goal when it was too late.

As far as new signings go, we will have to offload people before we sign anybody because we're £5k above our wage budget.
