Ross County Succession Game [FM14]

Here is a summary of my results and the league table.

Just need to remember, we haven't conceded that many in the league bar those six away to Rangers.

Long may that continue under Dan's reign.

That's why I'm glad George was the one that got hammered, not me.

We were comfortable and in control at half time, the own goal went in and then the sending off changed the game!

Bad start to your stint fella. You'll recover though, I'm sure.

Unfortunately it's not been the best stint in charge this time around for myself:

So until I loaded up the game, I didn't realise my first game was at home to Rangers.

How did we fare against the Glasgow side?



Belter start, Greig Armstrong scored twice, they had ten men for most of the game but I couldn't give a fuck.

So this was my last stint at Ross County and it was quite a successful stint domestically until Hibernian fucked up the perfect run and now just like Dan, I'm sitting five points behind Celtic after they beat bottom side Inverness 3-1. It should be less points but somehow we fucked up a 3-0 lead away to Falkirk, which angered me.





Bradley Barton was in a rich vein of form as he struck 8 times during my two month reign.

Good stint mate! Still only five points behind Celtic so its not all bad, however Rangers are still hot on our heels!

Good work Dan and Shedender! Some tough results but overall we r doing well!

Well it could be alot better. I shall go through it game by game: We didn't do very well against Forfar but Dobson won it for us with a scrappy goal off a corner. Against St Mirren we were not very good again but they won it with a penalty and then a rebound off a saved penalty. A very good win away at Dundee United was next where we played very well! Against Aberdeen we also played well, Enric getting his first league goal for the club they had a goal disallowed late on as well, The cup game was a disaster we were 2-0 up with 10 minutes to go but they scored a goal off a free kick and another decent finish so it went to pens and the first 7 players on each team scored but Armstrong missed his so we lost, Then we drew 3-3 at home to Hearst after going 1-0 down we got it to 3-1 at half time but they scored 2 second half goals and we drew, then we beat Aberdeen in the cup 2 great goals won it, the Rangers game was gutting Barton gave us the lead but they went 2-1 up and then had a man sent off and we equalized but then Jovovic made it 10 v 10 and in the last seconds of added time they won it against Dunfirmline we were shit and Barton scored an own goal off a corner under no pressure to hand them the win. Then I changed formation and we were much better going 3-0 up against Lyon but they scored 2 late away goals to make it close. Barreto was amazing against Inverness scoring every chance he got to get an amazing double hat trick! We took the lead against Lyon in the 2nd leg but they levelled soon after and missed alot of chances to win it including a brilliant penalty save by O'Halloran! With 3 minutes left to send u through!



We are 1 point behind Rangers as Celtic just beat them. We have never finished outside of the top 2 since the game began so hopefully that will continue!









Transfer wise I signed these 2. Both have so far not done as well as I hoped but they have been ok. Kuswik getting sent off on debut didn't help. Malone has gone out on loan due to wanting a loan move, and Dobson and Girard both wanted a move.

Bradley Barton has been amazing if it wasn't for him then god knows how far we would be behind he has scored some very important goals and he has been a great free transfer, Trubitsyn only has 5 goals all season so we need Barton's form it's a shame Trubitsyn has been so poor this season though as he missed a hat full of chances apart from a penalty in the shootout against Patrick Thistle.

At least you destroyed Inverness away from home, that makes up any dropped points IMO.

ha ha hopefully we can catch Rangers! I rested Barton for that game as he had played every other game and Barreto had a stormer!

Unlucky Dan. Not sure what has happened this season as have all struggled for form which is a shame Great win over Real Madrid in the first leg! And not conceding any goals! Shame we can't win a domestic trophy and it looks like we may finish 3rd for the first time but we have done ok! Celtic have just pushed on alot. Good luck Shedender!

So the season has come to an end (and the end of this career? It's hard to say because of the final piece of news in this update) but I'm extremely disappointed with the third place finish but I suppose we should be glad with a Champions League finishing position, correct?





And now the final piece of news, I'm raging it didn't happen a few seasons ago.

Unlucky mate. Tough result against Real Madrid but they are alot better than us. 2 good league wins. Rangers and Celtic are now both better than us Big news at the bottom if it goes through we should carry it on for a little longer I say! But as you say very annoying it didn't happen a few years ago.

Agree with George, play through the save a little more and see if we get the takeover, if we do, lets try a couple more seasons to win that CL title!

So it's an end of an era, it's been an epic spell in Dingwall but unfortunately it's come to an end.



This career (minus the lack of comments for quite a while, which was annoying but didn't bother us) will be getting moved into the Hall of Fame, permanently.

loved the career! Fantastic guys 5 league titles and 13 cup competitions including a Europa League is excellent! I hope Gary Bowyer got the job ha ha. I look forward to our succession game on FM 15! Hopefully we may get some comments now but ah well.

You'll be disappointed then George because David Flitcroft took over at the club.
