But my own experiences and a lot of positive feedback about the tactic do not hold up the statement of one user as been 'a bad tactic'. OK, the tactic was bad for you but that doesn't mean it will be bad for others. There are a lot more elements involved in playing football manager than just putting players in position and hoping for the best. I'm not going to tell you how to play the whole game, I'm just here to make things a little easier.

The rapisahre link is now working but for the life in me i can not make it work. This might sound stupid but could someone please put a step by step on how to download and install up on this thread please. I am obviously doing something wrong somewhere. (It is new years eve/day and i have been drinking btw)

As a premium member I can download automatically from the sortitoutsi servers so I dont have to rely on mirrors, I would highly recommend becoming a premium member just for the benefits of downloading the facepacks in one easy file alone.
I did also notice that you were trying to download the tactic on new years eve/day when the internet will have been well overused by wellwishers using facebook and twitter lol
If you like I could email you a copy of the tactic if you leave me your email address as a private message.
If you are having problems using the tactic, once you have downloaded it simply place the file in C:/my documents/sports interactive/football manager 2013/tactics
You can then select the tactic ingame by changing your tactic to an archived one.
