Probably caus they know they're all at it as well.

Nothing annoys me more than when a defender is shepherding the ball gets a tiny nudge in the back and goes down then gets up and spends the next 45 minutes acting like the hard man.

Only problem I have with 3 match bans for diving is that if you don't do it retrospectively you'll have bans for 'dives' that are actually fouls and if you do it retrospectively you can't go back and change the result if a player dives for a penalty and wins the game because of it.

Norwich should have had a penalty just now.

Should do it retrospectively. Just use common sense about it - if it's a dive ban him, if it's not don't ban him.
