Who have you bought? a lot of ins and outs, most recent was Draxler for £32.5m from Schalke
What tactics are you using? my own refined 4-2-4 formation, always gets the best out of attackers/defenders though perfecting midfield tactics with it can be a mare with some teams, with United I have had to make a lot of changes there and rotate the team a fair bit, but it won my the league by 4 points and the capital one cup and champions league so can't complain too much!

League/Nation: England/Premiership

How have your matches gone so far? Poorly, I'm dominating possession and getting more shots and shots on target than my opponents, but missing many many many many sitters. The goalkeepers seem supernatural sometimes. I'm also really leaky at the back, I may only give up 5 or 6 shots, but almost all are on target and usually enough to in to ruin my day.
Who have you bought? None so far, just redone the backroom and scouting. I have first transfer window disabled for my save. I'm looking for a world class winger/inside forward in January and I've already lined up for a couple of wonderkids.
What tactics are you using? Started with a 4-2-3-1 possession tactic, and it worked well in preseason, but faired poorly in the league. I then tried the 3-4-1-2 LFC are using in real matches this game and went on a 5 match winning streak, almost 10 unbeaten, but had some injuries and now I can't get anything to work. I'm 12th in the league on December 3rd, and the board have just informed me that if I fail to beat Newcastle away this weekend I'll be sacked.

This is probably the most difficulty I've ever had in an FM save to date.

How have your matches gone so far? Pretty poor. Highlight has been a 4-2 away win at Wigan but have also suffered some heavy losses at Watford and Charlton, plus poor draws against Bournemouth and a 10 man Huddersfield Town. Oh, and lost at Rochdale on pens in the League Cup.
Who have you bought? Only brought 3 in so far, all free transfers, nobody to get excited about.
What tactics are you using? Started out with a 4-2-3-1 with 2 wide men as part of the '3'. My defence is leaking heavier than a tramps shoe. Help..........

Team Managing: Steaua Bucharest

League/Nation: Liga I/Romania

How have your matches gone so far? Top of the league by 7 points with a game in hand. Came 3rd in my champions league group of Man United, Shakhtar & PSV. Drew Celtic in Europa League

Who have you bought? Iaquinta (Scored on debut to send super cup to extra time in 90th minute and got injured whilst doing so. Came back early december and now has 4 goals in 3 sub apperances. Also brought in Cuenca who got released from Barcelona end of November

What tactics are you using? Main tactic is a 4-1-1-3-1 with a CDM, CM, 3 Attacking Mids and a ST whilst also using a 3-1-3-1-2 and 4-1-3-2

League/Nation: England/Premier League

How have your matches gone so far? Pretty well, started off with 8 wins in the first 10, still sitting 2nd after 14 then THE RUN started. There's always a bad run and mine hit me with a string of 3 defeats followed by 5 draws before beating Swansea twice in a league/FA cup double header. Beat West Ham 4-0 in the last game I played last night so I think at close of play last night I'm sat 6th with 18 games to go and still in the FA Cup

Who have you bought? Only Gaitan, purely cause I wanted to sign someone. No need for him at all as our squad seems to be pretty well rated with Gouffran and Marveux seemingly getting decent boosts and HBA being quality again. Remy has been class but quotes of £24 million kicking around looks like I'm going to lose out on him for next season

What tactics are you using? I've stuck to a 4-2DM-1-2-1 and it's done fairly well, tight defensively, only losing by the odd goal when we do. Going forward, Cabaye is marked 'support' with HBA, Gouf/Marv/Gait and Remy all set to attack and essentially disregarding defending. Pace galore

How have your matches gone so far? Very mixed pre-season, a 5-4 win over PSG, a 5-0 loss to Atletico Madrid. Two losses to league one teams. I've lost to Southampton 1-0 but beaten Fulham 2-1 in the league.
Who have you bought? So far only Jack Butland, one of the philosophies thrust onto me by the board was to sign young players.
What tactics are you using? ATM experimenting with a 4-1-2-2-1, garners a lot of possession but chances are almost always wasted. Still getting used to the tactics system now so am gonna actually view full games to suss out the match engine a bit better and hopefully develop something as successful as my Southampton tactic in FM 13 currently.

£207m of talent so far, including Alex Sandro, Lamela, Munain, Mkhitaryan, Balanta, Mitrovic, Umtiti, Yarmolenko, Barkley, Hughes, Vitinho, Moi Gomez, Schweinsteiger, and a few regens.

What tactics are you using?

In my first season i didn't even utilise wingers, using a tactic carried over from FM13. Currently been using a 4-2-3-1 for a couple of years, working perfectly. Full backs, central defenders, a defensive and automatic minded central mid pairing, a trequartista, advanced playmakers on the attacking wings, and an advanced forward. Fluid, and controlling.

Enjoying this so far, but i will start a new game when the full post-beta is released.
