Tactics Screen bug.

I seem to have an issue with the tactics screen and scouting screens, the graphics seem to be a bit buggy. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to resolve? I've re-installed the game and still doesn't work.

I've attached pictures, haven't had much help on the official forums. Any help would be appreciated.

Change the interface rendering mode.
