I am proud to announce that my West Ham tactic has brought success to the England football team and we have finished 1st in our group to qualify for the World Cup.
My results in charge:
3-0 defeat to Ukraine away
8-0 home win against Moldova
2-2 draw with Poland at Home
4-0 win over San Marino away.

We finished a point behind Poland to qualify, In Poland news, they missed out on qualifying for the world cup via the 2nd place playoff after Denmark got a 4-3 win against the side that are 53rd in the World rankings.

SACKED

After a ad run of results over a few months and and a board meeting not going to plan, Arsenal decided to let me go. I will still be apart of the England national setup however Joe Hart wont after his injury is ruling him out, from the World Cup.

WORLD CUP

After 2 games in my world cup group of Spain, South Korea and Ecuador we have secured qualification out of the group stages after a 2-1 win over Spain and a 3-0 win over South Korea, Joining me in the next round with 1 game to spare is Ecuador, also with 6 points. The winner of that game would top the group however with my England side being ahead by 1 on goal difference a draw would also mean we will top the group.

The score in this game was 1-0 at half time to my England side thanks to a goal from Wayne Rooney but Guerron equalized so early in the 2nd half. This didn't get England's hopes down, we got lots of corners and one lead to a penalty scored in the 63rd minute by our oldest goalscorer Frank Lampard. A Cross from Valencia lead to a chance for Ecuador but the goal in the 73rd minute was ruled as offside and I don't think I agree, we got lucky there. A 80th minute goal from Gary Hooper extended England's lead, he has previously came on as a substitute for Wayne Rooney.

The full time result was 3-1, we finished the group top with 3 wins out of 3 games scoring 8 goals in those games and only conceding twice.

Yeah, Just getting used to the interface of the game really but enjoying managing Everton more, Managed to win the World Cup but was pretty close and yeah, will upload some screanshots as soon as some good results come in at Everton with no international tournament for 2 years now, actually got offered job interviews at Liverpool, Southampton, Norwich, Monaco and Everton but got offered the Everton and Norwich job. Signed Fierro from my old Arsenal side for in January and the old manager, Roberto Martinez landed Jesus Navas on loan so thats pretty good, Pandev from Napoli has also proved to be a crucial signing, just making the most of a squad Martinez couldnt, Got Valdes and Cucindi on free transfers, old players but still can give the team a boost on experience, Actually thought I was doing alright at Arsenal they set me expectations of around where I have been, Excellent in the Champions League so yeah cant wait till I play them in 7 games time.

MORALE CRASH--

Our morale is low in the squad and we have lost 4 of the 6 games I have had in charge, scoring 8 goals and conceding 10 however we have been in form in the Europa League with our 2 wins coming there, we have qualified from our group with 2 games remaining. Lyon, AZ and Sheriff just cant find a way to beat my side with Martinez or yours truly but can my form improve with my next 3 league games being against Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal, the game against my former club will be special, defiantly if we can get a win when they come to Goodison Park. After a team meeting and inspirational words from Leighton Baines and I, no morale is in the red zone and with the bad morale at league leaders Arsenals, Claudio Reneris side could be regretting sacking me. In other news former Everton manager Roberto Martinez is still unemployed, 2 months after being sacked by Everton, he has also refused a role as Coach in the England national team setup.

Great news for my Everton side that we won our Europa League group with 15 points from 6 games however we have been drawn a tricky tie with CSKA Moscow for the first knockout stage, After being eliminated from the Champions League Moscow will surely not want to be defeated by the likes of Everton.

Bayer Levurcusen or Shaktar Donesnsk could face my side if I am victorious in my match over CSKA, but with both of them as well being eliminated from the Champions League it could be quite tricky.

Overall we have drawn some hard games with all 3 of the teams, possible of facing in the next 2 rounds being eliminated from the Champions League at the group stage, Levurcusen actually was unlucky with group D, they finished 3rd with 9 points and that was 2 points behind 1st place and 1 point behind 2nd placed Manchester United, the club however did manage 2 draws with PSG, A win against United in Group D and after us going 2-0 up against West Brom and conceding twice after 85 minutes, surely these clubs would take advantage of our defensive record if we was to play them?

I would like to thank Kevin for his support in this difficult time, the match engine on the game has been quite different and it takes abit of getting used to. Kevin played for Everton for 15 years including a loan to Dundee before going to Cardiff. He has experiance as a manager as well so it is nice to receive positive comments from him, 4 years at Shrewbery. Know we was assistant and manager at Chester City for a while.

And as Halifax say, Even though your team doesnt win a trophy you sure deserve one Kevin.

I would like to take this time to critize the run of fixtures.

Between 22nd November 2014 and 3rd December I had games against Arsenal, Liverpool, Sherif (Champions League) and Manchester City
Between 14th and 27th January I now have games against Manchester United, Chelsea and Spurs

These are just 2 of the hard runs of fixtures I have had to go through recently, I just wish they were spaced out more in the year, with a new manager coming in and taking a while to get used and so many new signings and tactic changes, I need more time, just look at the run of games I have had.

I am happy at Everton and we are 12th and 3 points behind Stoke who are currently 7th, We are also 10 points behind Arsenal and Manchester United, who are in joint 2nd place.

I have been in charge of Everton for 19 games in all competitions, I have had some impressive results and some terrible results but with the media and everton not really wanting me anymore and David Moyes declaring intrest to succed me and attending the games, im not happy. No matter what good or bad results i produce they just want me out, I have mo idea why, due to my job security I am considering resigning from my post at Everton if my job security does not increase by the end of the month.

I have signed many young players and my plan for the future is very good, with players such as Carlos Fierro, Will Hughes, Jordan Thorniley and Ryan Ledson, I signed half of these players so they can tell about me favouring youth, spending alot of money improving the staff and players of youth. Despite having a keeper aged 33 and aged 41 who I signed, I still feel this squad is perfect to acheive what is expected of us. Valdes and Cucindi have experiance and are both decent keepers however Cucindi will probally leave at the end of the month/year as he is too old to perform at his level as he has shown in the games he has played for, being responsible for the defeats conceding 2 goals in 5 minutes against a league 2 club we were expected to get a heavy victory over. My team is about to play Manchester United at Goodison Park, we have had a hard run of games and speculation at a time like this is just irritating.

Everton V Manchester United. Fighting for Club love

My team went into this game very motivated, trying to show the club that I am the right person for the job and should not be sacked after my 20th game in charge and some pretty good goals and results under my leadership. My good friend Phil Jagielka put us 1-0 up after 23 minutes. Everton were worried with Mikel Arteta picking up a knock and coming off for Ryan Ledson on the brink of half time. Everton came back from the break playing a very attacking style of Football. Navas has been trying to set up chances for his team mates and taking shots, he has been putting in a Man of the Match performance against his parent clubs fierce rivals and surely will pick up the Man of the match award but in the 86th minute he suffered with a injury and had to come off for Will Hughes. This did not stop Everton, the full time result was Everton 1 Manchester United 0, the Player of the Match Phil Jagielka. It was very nice to be praised by the media for my style of play as well, my job status has also increased to stable.

I made a mistake to criticize the board to the media after the new stadium request being refused and I was lucky to not loose my job, they accepted my apology and told me not to let it happen again. Goodison Park is a stadium is 123 years old according to the date my game is currently at and I thought with the success I plan to bring and wishing to attract youth and senior players to a new complex would defiantly work out for the club expecially with us being a European standards club now and with success a 40,157 capacity stadium is not where we want to be.

The fans have made comments regarding the future of my star keeper Valdes, they have said he is aging and his run of form means his run in the team should really be over so with my wage budget in the red we can not afford to pay for the wages of another keeper, I have tried to sign John Ruddy as recommended by my scouts and with no possible way of changing it and no team wanting Valdes and the price to release him costing far to much we have nothing to do but live with the form of the spaniard until the end of the season what is 12 league games. The only player who is likely to leave the club to try and get the wage budget up is Phil Jagieka, I have a good friendship with the player and he is a fantastic defender and I just dont want to let him go.

This wont let me try and sign a player who will work for barely nothing who is old and on the free transfer market, we need a keeper to replace Cucindi as backup keeper anyway with his form and age and he could even contend for The place of Valdes, the player joining Everton is another experienced Keeper, Brad Fridel. Cudcini will also be leaving the club on a free transfer.

We have done a repeat of the West Brom match, 2-0 up and with a few minutes left we concede 2 to a unsatisfactory team, who even more annoyingly had 10 men, we were away from home and just couldnt pick up our away form, we remain 9th in the league and are joint on points with 10th Place Norwich and ahead on them by 14 goals on goal difference. My Everton side could of been 8th with a win, Aston Villa who are currently 8th are only infront of us by 2 points.

Can we pick up our away form? our league away games to go are : Wigan, Liverpool, Arsenal, Norwich and Stoke and that does not include the Europa League, in Europe we have a away game coming up against CSKA Moscow.

Europa League Elimination

Everton board set me a target of getting through this round and making it into the 2nd knockout stage but CSKA Moscow who finished 3rd in their champions league group and were demoted to the Europa League proved a challenge to my Everton side. The first leg was played in Moscow and we were defeated 2-0 by the russian giants. Half time at Goodison Park and Moscow were 1-0 up with that away goal. It seemed they was nothing Everton could do to try and advance in the Europa League.

Leighton Baines smashed the ball in the top corner to equalise in the 2nd leg for Everton, Moscow had went 1-0 up in this leg from a penalty and now Everton had made the score 3-1 on aggregate with one. Jelavic proved to Moscow that Everton are no pushover with a goal in the 79th minute. We had one last chance left on but McCarthy went down in the middle of the penalty box and half way line, with no free kick given it saw all over, we had won at Goodison Park but were eliminated from the Europa League the board however are not as angry as I would of thought, they understand how Moscow knocked us out, I think we done well with the odds being against us for both the 1st and 2nd leg.

Basically we cant win a trophy now because the league is near enough impossible with us being 19 points behind 1st place Chelsea with 11 games to go.

Everton versus Aston Villa

Key players were cup tied for the Europa League match against Moscow leaving them fit for this important match, Player and Goal-keeping coach Brad Fridel makes his Everton debut since joining in Early September against his former club, this suprised fans as Valdes has been involved in 99 percent of games since I took the reigns at Goodison Park. This is a important game for both clubs with us battling for 8th place, it keeps changing who is 8th with 1 point different between us at the start of the game, luckilly we were that team who were a point infront.

A win today for either clubs would see them move up to 7th and Everton knew that and with confidence Jesus Navas put his loan club up 1-0 on the brink of half time, Paul Lambert would have been having to think fast for his new team talk, a goal at times like that certainly do change games! Aston Villa were making some fantastic attacks and as expected Peter Crouch put the ball in for villa, 2 minutes into injury time. The match however finished in a 1-0 victory to Everton due to Peter Crouchs strike being ruled offside, Brad Fridel has kept a clean sheet in his first Everton game and was the victor over his former club.

My return to the Emirates Stadium

Today i returned to the Emirates Stadium with my Everton side, with us being 10 points behind Newcastle who are 6th, our team hopes to get good results to finish the expected 7th however we are level on points with Norwich and Stoke and 2 points infront of Villa. We have a game in hand on all 3 of those teams so with 4-5 games to go and a possible finish of between 3rd and 16th a win today could defiently help us finish 7th.

Teams :
Everton : Valdes Baines Jagielka Koceileny Reveliere Arteta Osman Pandev Fernandes Hughes Jelavic
Arsenal: Jefferson Oveldo Goldburg Mereskaker Jenkinson Schurrle Calise Barkley The ox Miralles Giroud

My prediction is a 2-1 win for Everton, a very strong lineup should be able to get a victory against Jose Mourinio's Arsenal side.

In the 18th minute a corner went to Phil Jagielka who headed the ball to Koscienly and he put the ball in against his former club. 39 minutes gone and another corner lead to a goal, this time for Arsenal, Former Everton man Kevin Miralles headed the ball in against his former club. Arsenal were really scaring my team with counter attacks.

The full time result: Arsenal 1 Everton 1, I personally think the way Valdes and the defense handled the attacks and getting a draw against one of the leagues best sides, this is a very good result for Everton. A 2-0 win over Manchester City and then a 1-1 draw at Arsenal, a good fortnight for Everton.

Our next match is against 8th place Norwich who we are only 1 point infront of, A defeat could really mess up our season so it is a very important game.

Everton Versus Norwich

A must win game for Everton considering we are both fighting for 7th place and they is 1 point between us in the Barclays Premier League table. Making his debut in this game for Everton is Number 11 Garry Macbeth who came in on the Youth intake and has impressed my youth team and I. Jordan Rhodes opened the scoring with his 21st goal of the season, 14 minutes in. The goal for Norwich was really looking likely with their fantastic attacking play. Osvaldo shown that Norwich really want that 7th place and put his side 2-0 up after 20 minutes. On Football Manager my bogey team, Norwich put in a 3rd goal. Osvaldo shown the determination of his club in one fantastic shot, 7th place is becoming out of reach especially with Stoke City leading Swansea 2-0. Full time result was a 3-0 win for Norwich.

Everton versus Stoke

Going into this game with a bad run of form is very risky, especially considering how important this game is for the club if we ar to acheive finishing our predicted place of 7th in the Barclays Premier League. Before the game I began to think, Should I stay at Everton? Am I the right man for the job? depending on jobs at the end of the season i might leave however i might stay.

To get back to the match, Stoke had put themselves 1-0 up thanks to a goal in the 22nd minute from Ya Konan, A defeat today and Aston Villa Picking up a point will mean that Everton will be unable to finish 7th or 8th and even a Norwich win to go along with this would stop us from finishing 9th. Things went even worse for Everton in the 36th minute following a red card to captain Phil Jagielka. Ya Kohan went on to score a easy goal in the 63rd minute, Our season is messed up now the final result Everton 0 Stoke City 2.

2 goals from Pandev and a goal from Fierro helped my team to a 3-1 victory on the final day of the season and a 9th place finish in the Premier League.
