Do you remember the media files that exist for FM 13? I had the idea of trying to put them in FM 14 and you know what? It worked perfectly, here are the files and I hope you enjoy it 
Just drag these files to the "editor data" folder in your Football Manager 2014 located in your documents
It includes media from almost all over the world, at least contains the most important countries respecting football or soccer
