Regen players faces disappearing?

Im half way through my second season and i've just noticed that all the regen players faces in my game have disappeared? Anyone had the same problem or got a fix for this? Cheers.

Yeah sometimes happens to me

Just close the game and relaunch it and they will re appear

On this subject how come there are so many blank portraits? Some have regen faces and some don't - why is this anyone know?
