Hello there

Since the last Football Manager 2013 I was used to put pressure to competitors resorting to players' conversation and particularly ruining players' motivation with appropriate discussion.

However, I am not sure if Football Manager 2014 allows users to do the same indeed I could not find any private chat with others' players.

Have you noticed it ? If yes, what is your strategy to damage competitors teams' morale ?
