Custom 90s League

I dont know if i am posting this in the correct place, but i thought i would give it a go.

I am looking for a custom league that has players from the 80s 90s and 00s on there, alongside the ones that are around now....

Steam released one called Modern Day Legends, but there are all kinds of players missing.

Does anyone know of a good custom league that has this?
