I purchased FM2014 from Nexway this morning (Jakarta local time) because of the 50% discount.
PayPal have confirmed my payment, but it's been more then 10 hours and I still have yet to receive any email from Nexway containing my download link.

I've sent them numerous messages from their customer service contact form - http://fm2014uk.nexway.com/contact.html - but still no reply.

Can anyone help me with this? I really want to play the game..

I also face this problem, i purchased on 3pm (Malaysia local time) but i not yet receive the email after 8 hours of payment. The customer service also no reply, nothing can do, just wait.

I got my code 10 minutes after purchasing. Maybe you can check your spam folder for it?

I think Malaysia has some licencing issues and you will be unable to purchase. I think since you have you will receive a refund. I will try to contact Nexway but as you can imagine it's not the best time of year for that

I'm in the United States and I'm having the same problem. My friend in the UK didn't get her code either. I'm fairly certain its not just a licensing issue.

Edit: I have the receipt from Paypal and an invoice from Nexway. And the author of the thread is in Jakarta, Indonesia. Not Malaysia.

Thanks for the help, i hope this is not the licensing issue, last time i bought from GMG don't have this issue.

I'm from Malaysia too, I purchased FM2013 from here last year, didn't encounter any problem at all?

Nope, not in Inbox nor Spam folder. Just no code after a night -- 12 hours of waiting...

After 24 hours of waiting, Nexway just send me a full refund a few minutes ago. I have no idea whats going on, PayPal says no note from Nexway, they just send my money back. Nexway didn't even bother to reply my messages, all 7 of them.

I purchase my 2013 edition from steam last year with no problem, better buy from them instead.

EDIT: it's a 50% discount from Steam NOW!!!

Same issue here and from the U.K.

I've sent numerous messages to Nexway and have not had a response. I've even tweeted sortitoutsi but i'm yet to receive any customer support on the issue.

Can someone advise because it doesn't look good...

I imagine it's been a problem with being Christmas and Boxing Day, the United States should have no problems with licensing so it should have worked, can I ask what your email address is that you purchased with? (PM me to keep it confidential)
