He is unlikely to play loads of football Shedender but he was a coup on a free and certainly will feature in the second half of the season!

Thanks George, the signings are paying off so far and Valdes will do wonders for the short time he is here I am hoping! Hopefully we can push on and prove everything will come good this season!

Premier League Action...

Our league form has remained fantastic, we are top of the form list away from home and we have just one defeat to our name so far! Despite drawing to Manchester City and Liverpool we have beat Chelsea and Arsenal at the tale end of the calender year which was fantastic for us. We are only narrowly winning a lot of our games though, but our young squad are still growing! Very disappointed to lose against Hull! We trailed three nil at the break and were absolutely dreadful!

FA Cup News...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/4jw3028YB8garCZRWhsAshVwn3pm6fFWVmS84SyL.png

The FA Cup Third Round has given us a nice tie. We will welcome Championship side Preston to Old Trafford for the next round of the competition. With us already crashing out the Capital One Cup round early for a second season we have to impress in the FA Cup this year.

Champions League Action and News...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/EccnD37xubCfWQ06nPl6PkwwAs6arOFCS1b3CZFs.png

We had another unbeaten run through the competition at this stage, a second season unbeaten in the groups however two late draws with H. Tel-Aviv and CSKA Moscow saw us not go winning every game as I wished at the start of the competition. We are through though.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/ob9rkpmvkEq07QWzWBW0tSeQLqMyS8OJc9XxMLY8.png

So we qualify with fourteen points this year, winning the group by just three points in the end. CSKA Moscow also advance as they picked up eleven points in their six games.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/BmShNSSzjwP1R1rrBarOrvLzzsOK5WuSNZiknffF.png[/center]
A tough tie for sure in the First Knockout Round of the Champions League. Last season we faced French giants PSG in the group stage and beat them and drew with them. This year we will face them for another two occassions and hopefully we can continue our run in the competition and our good form against them.

Premier League Table...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/UbeEgzWmDO667cybX3Zz5hNzBO5k1R2tykks1cP0.png

We have managed to end the calender year at the top of the table at the halfway stage of the season but we are only just ahead of close city rivals Manchester City who sit just two points behind us in second place. Us two Manchester clubs are running away from the rest of the pack this season as Arsenal in third trail us by eleven points, Southampton in fourth a further two points behind. Current holders Chelsea are struggling down in fifth with Spurs eighth and Liverpool down in twelfth.

Another good month here, we managed to run to six games without conceding a goal before the Villa game. Annoyingly slightly is the fact that our defenders are scoring so many compared to our advanced players. Vidic netted three goals in three games, Phil Jones also netted twice. We bounced back well after the Villa defeat with wins over Wigan and Fulham.

FA Cup News...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/2hS1LjZkEgs6SDn8lssb5NGa9oDzxuI5uGUrpdIm.png

Our FA Cup form is pleasing to date, we beat Preston with ease, walking past three nil with goals from Smalling and Rooney twice. Valdes made his debut here, keeping a clean sheet. We were then drawn with Huddersfield and it was another walk in the park for us as we strolled to a five one victory. The great news is the fact young Andros Townsend managed to find the net three times, with Rooney and Zaha also on song.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/4rRpmSaWOsbe4h5KwwdLzy4MVB2o5erN3I0ORZXV.png

Another easy draw for us should see us managed to get through the Fifth Round as we are drawn against Sheffield Wednesday. This is a competition we need to be winning this season.

Premier League Table...

And after those five league games we have opened up a bit more of a gap over second place Manchester City. Our fierce rivals now sit five points behind. A near perfect month for Chelsea see them jump up from fifth to third and now trail us by just nine points. Southampton slip the other way, down to fifth with Arsenal in between.

Premier League Action...

The second half of the season wasn't quite as plain sailing for us as the first half was but we continued to perform very well in the league. The final fourteen games saw us claim nine wins including beating Arsenal and Liverpool. However we did slip to three defeats, falling to back to back defeats against Newcastle and Stoke and then a late defeat against Chelsea. But would this form be enough to win the title, that came down to the final day of the season, but we will wait and see.

FA Cup Action...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/JDIV5ev3105oL0dxnjSD6rcZ5L3P4FXjd7DD9oxt.png

We had a very easy run through to the Final of the FA Cup this year and avoided any embarrassing exits like we faced last year. This put us in with a chance of silverware. Firstly we beat Sheffield Wednesday three nil in the Fifth Round. Championship side QPR couldn't beat us at Old Trafford as we struck four past them. West Brom at Wembley saw a seven goal thriller for the Semi Final but we were the side who advanced to the Final, agaisnt Southampton...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/cVYWgkfmv8S8hpACZhK5RXGrtuNJkGs9YAxOQuNW.png

Not convincing but it is another piece of silverware! Our first piece of silverware of my second season in charge was to be the FA Cup. An easy run through the competition saw us win two one thanks to a very late goal from Wayne Rooney. Southampton held the lead just four minutes before the break. Second half Wilfried Zaha brought us level before Wayne Rooney netted five minutes into injury time which proved to be the late winner!

Champions League Action...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/MUlmjleKH9mQZC7MGApJTlJ4xijVZiozj1Xi7T3N.png

So are you know we had PSG in the First Knockout Round, once again we failed to be defeated by them. We grabbed a one al draw in France thanks to Barkley before goals from Rooney and Van Persie pushed us through in the Second leg. Second Knockout Round saw us face German side Dortmund, unfortunately the first leg we were poor and trailed two one. Second Leg we were brilliant. We struck five past Dortmund without reply as both Van Persie and Zaha netted braces.

But then came the bad news. We drew FC Bayern in the Semi Finals and for the second season coming they destroyed us. Last year in Germany they beat us five one, this year they beat us five nil as we failed to cope with their power. Second leg we drew one all but crashed out a round short of the Final.

Premier League Table...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/ZGV6BZ0qjKXwrwirP7yIHiQhSCYcJPMvdh3tfG6z.png

Champions of the double! We weren't fantastic in the league this season but we certainly did our stuff which ensured we claimed our Premier League trophy. The first under my reign. But it did come down to the final day where City losing and us winning saw us clinch the league title by six points in the end. Manchester City claim second with last years winners Chelsea finishing third. Arsenal claim the fourth and final Champions League spots whilst Tottenham and Liverpool take Europa League places along with FA Cup runners up Southampton. At the other end Fulham and Hull go down as do Wigan.

Yes that is correct, England have just won a penalty shootout, this one came over France in the under nineteens Championship Semi Finals. The game itself was a little boring, neither side managed to make the break through which saw it go to a penalty shootout. Which we won four one after four penalties! We were into the Final!

Unfortunately there wasn't to be silverware this year for me in the Under Nineteens Championship as we faced a very strong, young Spanish side in the Final who played us off the park, seeing us slip to a three nil defeat. But we can take a lot away from this performance.

The Departures...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/9WBzZm0rvYIMvVnhYXBIoyK05TvnK4IAg6tVqxoA.png

Lots of departures this year around. Nine cash deals came through this year to see us free up some funds and some positions in the club. Most of them are foreign players and who I don't feel are needed in the club anymore. Buttner joins stoke for four and a half million pounds whilst Nani joins Shakhtar for just over seven million pounds. Young Tom Thorpe joins QPR for just under one million pounds with Pereira joining Burnley for a small fee. We then departed with Robin Van Persie and Nemanja Vidic, both aging and both joining Spanish side Barcelona. We raked in fifteen million for Van Persie and just over eight million for Vidic. Vermijl joins Club Brugge for quarter of a million before we departed with Victor Valdes, he wasn't even here a year but we turned the free transfer into a tide seven and three quarter million pound deal as he joins Villarreal. Lastly I decided to let Marouane Fellaini to leave, he joins Nani at Shakhtar for twenty one million pounds, this saw us bring in over sixth five millions pounds this summer.

The New Comers...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/tqj4hwm9S96y2UuuZFbCKfScpczZsSGqdgBqwjgZ.png

I have only brought in two faces this summer and both are youngsters who have very bright futures and I'm pleased we managed to grab both of them. Young Simon Cox an attacking right midfielder has joined us from Chelsea in a deal worth just over five million pounds, he has a bright future. Whilst goalkeeper Chris Lavery cost us six and a half million from Tottenham and will be a huge hit in the future.

More Departures...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/Nd9MXKMzpOUBcTWjdO70Si2rFcyY4XDMEuMeXxkl.png
https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/6B0mV3KlE1pqz63rT3VnKvoLscegeezDALtcMhlm.png

As always there are plenty of loan deals going out from Old Trafford as I want the young players to get plenty of game time and I can't guarantee it here obviously. But there are a few bigger name deals. Januzaj joins AA Gent for a season long deal whilst both Micheal and Will Keane move back out on loan to West Brom and Crewe. New boy Chris Lavery moves back out on loan as does last summer signing Kevin Hunter.

Pre Season On The Pitch...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/aSAn1x7IFxsZ7t7tv6PtMqU35wjVuKPyMvLO7LVC.png

A short summer on the pitch saw us face five games and go undefeated through them. We started with a tour in China where we drew to Beijing Guoan, drawing two a piece before beating Guangzhou Evergrande one nil and Jiansu Sainty four goals to one. Benfica slipped to a one all draw before we smashed Besiktas six one.

The Finances...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/Wfc7BMZuANi6I9KuOWrWEWRmV5B28PHvqoe8Rgch.png

Financially the club is spot on now with so many departures and few new comers over the last couple of years. It sees us have a massive transfer budget as well as a massive gap in the wages. The clubs balance sits at a cool two hundred and eight million whilst I have one hundred and thirty three million pounds at my disposal for transfers. The wage budget is currently set up at two point three eight million with me currently spending just one point five eight million, over eight hundred thousand pounds short of the budget.

The Starting Line Ups

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/NgVKtQyfLPu52Vcv2fHhHCXN4hypCaYDQ49mFy1A.png

So here are the two starting line ups ahead of the FA Community Shield clash between the two fierce rival Manchester sides. Our side consisted of a full English starting eleven whilst Manchester Citys side had just two English started, Joe Hart in goal and Micah Richards at right back. We had youth in our squad to with Jack Butland starting between the sticks, Luke Shaw at left back and Barkley, Townsend and Zaha in attacking roles.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/OP0NEGpCxi4LJNrnH4FP4Wo1ddEavjcQJ6kL4Pig.png

Youth and 'Englishness' triumphed over Manchester Citys fierce spending ways and their 'foreign' talent! We claimed the Community Shield at Wembley to make that the second one in my career. It was a close game though, we opened the scoring bang on half time through young Zaha. Only to see City strike back a minute later in injury time with Aguero running up the other end and levelling. But the close game was going to swing our way in the very last minute. A second for Wilfried Zaha secured a two one win and my fourth piece of silverware.

An unbeaten start to Premier League action but we did drop two points at home against Wolves during August. Before ending the month at Cardiff claiming a three nil win. Townsend opened the scoring before Ashley Young netted twice.

Premier League Action...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/KxeCaePp51BYELFy99i3sprHjFRJRxNw3zQb9gyc.png

Another three Premier League games done and dusted and this time another three wins as we remain unbeaten so far this season. We have been playing very well especially Wilfried Zaha. At home against Reading we struck three without reply as an own goal in the first minute set the tone. Reading were reduced to ten men before Zaha netted twice in the second half. Away at West Brom we narrowly clinched a three two victory. Barkley opened the scoring before Zaha and Giggs netted in the second half to see us win three two. We ended the month with Everton coming to town where we won two nil. Townsend and Jones netted either side of the break to seal the win.

Capital One Cup Action...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/alTn4Xr2RUwIS4WHsrl6iFh6r6taNMYScoKFG22d.png

A poor game really in the Capital One Cup Third Round. We faced Blackburn and really struggled here. A nil nil draw at home saw it go all the way to penalties where we eventually triumphed four two.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/QQVvlWmrVTtUskLFA53XKLm5jqtNnZyvLNj0E3US.png

Another good draw for us in the Fourth Round of the Capital One Cup. We will face Championship opposition Nottingham Forest at The City Ground next month. Hopefully we can get on the cup run in this competition this year and we can challenge for another piece of silverware.

Champions League Action...

We've played the two easier teams in the Champions League so far and grabbed two champions league wins to date. We smashed BATE three nil away from home before beating a tough Celtic side one nil. Zaha, Townsend, Rooney and Jones with the goals to date.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/UsAvFwTFpDtXldwpY2loFyMjLYT2CcvROK07RoZk.png

We are the only side unbeaten in the group so far, leading the way with six points. Celtic and BATE sit second and third, Celtic with three points and BATE with one after they drew with shock bottom of the table side PSG who also only have one point.

We sit second, unbeaten but Manchester City are the side in form this season as they've claimed six wins from six to open the season up. They lead the table by just two points whilst we then lead Chelsea and Arsenal by three points. Liverpool are the surprise strugglers this season, sitting down in seventeenth with just four points from their opening six league games.

Doing well in the league and Champions League too, surprised to see PSG bottom of the group but it's almost obvious they won't remain bottom - BATE or Celtic will. Squeezed past Blackburn too, need to perform better against Nottingham Forest. KIU pal.

Thanks Shedender, PSG aren't having a great season in the Champions League this season but anything can still happen.

Here are the team instructions I use Milanmanutd 4-1-3-2 and 3-1-2-1-1

International Game - Ending 2015

We have played all three of the UEFA-U19 Qualifiers 1st Qualifying Round games and its been a successful enough run through as we faced Montenegro, Israel and Georgia at neutral venues. All the games were quiet, we beat Montenegro one nil thanks to Callum Hunt. Ledson rescued a point for us against Israel whilst Hunt netted against Georgia ensuring we won that game.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/W9edRbavHrBwrV19cC9Mp13vdsukWAkRZf6aokCP.png

And after the three group games the qualifying table looked like the above with us topping it, just. We finished with seven points and unbeaten whilst Israel also qualify with us, they were also unbeaten but trailed us by two points having drawn two and won one. Montenegro finished bottom with a single point.

Unfortunately we faced two more friendlies in November to end the 2015 calender year and this saw us lose them both, bowing out the year on a bad note. We lost a five goal thriller against Austria three two before losing thre one at home against Netherlands.

Premier League Action...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/7EgSesGekPvHg337PSGtLrYbWRD6G7yEFY3ROXT0.png

Before this run we had played six, won five and drew the remaining game, now we continue that good form till the end of the calender year as we remain unbeaten in the league and flying. Just one more draw picked up along the way with thirteen more wins. We faced a packed out December where we faced all the big teams, Tottenham at the end of November and then Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester City on the bounce and then Arsenal!. In the league we are unbeaten in twenty two games!

Capital One Cup Action...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/z8IAeRaNMUsfG6CYPit22POMtJtujhtVWcf9kTW4.png

And still no joy in this competition! We were poor in the Third Round which you saw us beat Blackburn on penalties and we were no better in the Fourth Round. Once again taken to penalties, this time by Nottingham Forest who went on to knock us out!

FA Cup News...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/tfPHzwELj2okOeJdGmwLfBhArfWmaBq2FsVcJiAc.png

The FA Cup Third Round draw went ahead and drew us with Middlesbrough! A winnable tie thats for sure and as we are holders of the competition I'd ideally like to retain it but doing so won't be easy. The tie will be our first game of the 2016 calender year and will also be at our expanding home of Old Trafford.

Champions League Action And News...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/7AB1ISpYaeO9mfTSZFHAmjRO0D26SAH9k5JoGBMq.png

Thankfully our Champions League form has been unstoppable. The first two games against BATE and Celtic were previously updated. The other four games we managed to win which saw us remain unbeaten and finally top a group with maximum points third time of asking. FACT: I am yet to lose a Champions League group game with Manchester United. We beat PSG in France narrowly and tore them apart at home. BATE and Celtic provided stern competition but we eased past.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/1ZbIGlmt3qUpTAcFSUktpSGL5mb0zatgk6zNPdnb.png

And as I said, we finished the group with six wins from six which saw us finish top of the group with the maximum eighteen points! Surprisingly its Celtic and not PSG that finish second in the group, PSG's poor form see them finish third and head into the Europa League whilst Celtic join us in the Champions League First Knockout Round, they finished eleven points a drift from us!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/RD6eP5k2Eu8ZIS69djM1By6buJJdGoOsONKsVGOT.png

Ah so it will be another encounter with the Germans! This time we will face Dortmund, we beat them in last years Quarter Finals before being knocked out a round later by their German rivals FC Bayern. Hopefully we can scrape past Dortmund to put ourselves in the hat for the next round, but lets focus on this First Round Knockout clash first.

Premier League Table...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/tGexUVnQAxk64Nb2sgL7wNZFQJax5M18zio3YoO6.png

When your form is this good there is nothing to complain about at the moment! We sit top of the pile unbeaten in twenty two Premier League games and all twenty so far this season. Winning eighteen of the twenty games and drawing the other two sees us sit eight points clear of our fierce city rivals Manchester City. They've lost just twice this season and sit six points ahead of Chelsea in third who sit a further six points infront Spurs in fourth. West Brom are surprising everyone up in fifth, ahead of sixth place Arsenal whilst Liverpool sit down in sixteenth!

As I mentioned previously in this update our ground is set for an upgrade.Should it be approved we should be adding near ten thousand seats to Old Trafford which would see the capacity rise from seventy five thousand to around to just short of the eighty five thousand mark.

A couple cash deals have flown out of Manchester this January as Jesse Lingard heads to Norwich in a half a million pound deal as his contract was up in the summer. The big talking point was with Spanish keeper De Gea, his contract was also expiring this summer and wouldn't renew, Barcelona had bidded twelve million for him before the window opened and it had been stalled. Now accepted he heads to Spain, giving the number one shirt to young Butland.

Premier League Action..

Well, it hasn't been the best start to the new calender year but we remain unbeaten in the Premier League. We beat Wolves two one before drawing to Cardiff and Reading in two one all draws. We bounce back to beat West Brom three nil at Old Trafford but travelling to Goodison Park we blew the lead twice to see it end two a piece.

FA Cup Action and News..

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/yXph4TRhrMIT9dBn12VtOl5sOoLh6hyVi6c2BEkf.png

The FA Cup isn't going fantastically yet. The Third Round saw us face Championship side Middlesbrough who slumped to a four one defeat against us. Young Zaha was brilliant as he struck a superb hatrick at home. Rooney netted the fourth and final goal to put it beyond doubt. The Fourth Round drew us against West Brom and unfortunately we couldn't capatalise. We led through Welbeck at half time but a second half reply earned West Brom a replay at Old Trafford.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/48rlFCH5vaYnZoQel5V3AaqfLJMvWoQPqEzCXVAY.png

If we do manage to overcome West Brom in the replay the Fifth Round will see us face either Derby or Wigan as they also head for a replay in the Fourth Round.

Premier League Table..

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/vqUFCmwn538XqMyIXSFWNvrOtTJ3au3pP8ZCWPnN.png

Manchester City close the gap to just six points at the top of the table but we continue our fine unbeaten run to stay top.Chelsea now sit just two points behind second place City as Arsenal also close up. Liverpool rise a little but are in a lot of trouble!

First League Game of February..

Oh! We had a weakened side out yet again due to injuries and tiredness kicking in! But its no excuse, we also had a goal ruled out for offside, again no excuse. But our winning streak was always going to come to an end. Just pleased to mount a twenty eight game unbeaten run in the league!
