Due to the release of the Steklo skin for FM14 i've decided to start these up after a few years away. The idea of my backgrounds is to just add a simple bit of colour to your screens whilst still enabling the in game text to be read as clearly as possible. So please don't moan about the style as i will not be changing it!

If you read through there are a couple of posts explaining how, its fairly simple but can be a little time consuming.

If your using my ones all pictures should be showing fine on the team screens, but i've not set them to show on matchdays...yet.

Seems like something must be conflicting with them in some way. Have you any other background packs downloaded and have you made sure all the packs you have downloaded from this thread are in one folder like this?

The Steklo backgrounds shouldn't make any difference, the stadiums take over the place of the original skin background so if you click the little cog to the top left of the Steklo skin you can go through the backgrounds that Steklo has, but the first one should be your downloaded pics. Even if you change you can still revert to the stadiums. I've really no idea why just one is working properly or why some are only showing on players screens but the actual clubs?

When I look in the config file I can't see anything faulty.

There's a new Man City pic on page 3 to sort that, just right click on it and save it as 679 and place it in the Prem folder and delete the old 679 file. Luton is showing for me and so was Southend as i made a screenshot of it for League 2 post, but now its not ffs.
Use these, rename Crawley to 640 and Southend's to 714 then do the same as above.
Also, the editor is free you don't have to buy it!

No probs mate, thanks for letting me know some were not showing. I only get to see the pic's when i first make them and if they don't show after that i've no idea as not been able to play the game for a while now!

does that mean the config files ive changed for matchdays won't work. mine still don't show, team screes are fine tho. if there is one error on the config file does it mess all the rest of the matchday images.

If you copy the config i made for you and put it into your Prem folder they should on matchdays, but don't forget it will probably just show for the team you are managing.

i dont understand why it only works at home & the pics dont appear for other clubs on matchday when you play away. surely that can't be, it should appear home & away. ??????

Not too sure what you mean as the translation is poor. Are the backgrounds working for you, you should only see them on team and club screens not matchday.

And then go to preferences and click clear cache and then reload skin.
