Just can't get adboards to work?

Hi guys, I installed custom adboards and followed instructions but they won't work. All other graphics work, balls, nets, pitches, kits etc but not the ad baords. Can anyone help me install them?

I had this problem. there's two 'ads' files that you need. one goes in, my documents/sports interactive/football manager 2014
and the other goes in, my documents/sports interactive/football manager 2014/graphics/pictures.

the first 'ads' file should have in it 2 files labelled 'club adboards' & 'no clubs adboards'
the second 'ads' file in 'graphics' is the one containing all the pictures, etc.

Hi, thank you, i'm sure I did that and i followed the instructions but it didn't work still.. Is there any way you can show me screenshots of your folders? Can i also ask where you downloaded yours? I think maybe the file i downloaded had a bad file or something maybe

ok mate, should look something like this in my documents/sports interactive/football manager 2014



notice the 'ads' folder top left. when you click on this file it should look something like this-



in the 'graphics' folder shown in the first screenshot (second row, second in) click on that and I like to have a file named 'pictures'. inside that file you should see something like this-



and click on the 'ads' file in there and you should see something like this-
