Searching for players and staff

I have a problem with the searching ..I found some list of players and coaches on the internet...when i search by the name of that player/coach in the game i cant find anything...What i am doing wrong?

It could be because of your database size, when you start a new game you get the option of choosing how big you want the database to be (Small, Medium or Large), the bigger the database you choose, the more players and staff in your game.
