Thanks Kieran, hopefully we can!

Accidentally ran through the first few days of December, momentum was with me to carry on playing. We had a very 'away' month, only facing two home games in nine through the month and nine days. We picked up seven wins, one draw, one defeat which was extremely pleasing. We have advanced to the FA Trophy Second Round, the Manchester Premier Cup Semi Final and the FA Cup Third Round where we will face Championship side West Ham United away from home. In the league we picked up one win, one draw and one defeat, very mediocre I'd say.
Still there or there abouts, just inside the playoff spots as it stands but I'm still unsure we will be able to maintain it here. A game in hand which if we win would boost us all the way up to fourth, we'd trail Carlisle on goal difference alone. Still easily overestimating this season, especially with the extra cups.

Thanks Sam, I still can't believe it myself, I thought the opening month may of been a shock to the system and we'd stumble down a little. But to still be in this position going into the final calender month of the year is amazing! As for the West Ham game, I'd obviously prefer it to be at home, but if they were to name a weakened side I'd fancy our chances the way we've played this season!
Dan
I know you've already seen the first three games of this month but its easier to recap the month as a whole rather than what I haven't already covered. We played eight games throughout the winter period, five in the league, one in the FA Cup and two in the FA Trophy. We managed to pick up just five points from a possible fifteen from league games which wasn't pleasing, nor was watching Worksop take us to a replay in the FA Trophy which we eventually came out the other side of. And as you already know, we have advanced into the Third Round of the FA Cup to face Championship side West Ham.
Surprisingly, thirteenth is the lowest position we've sat all season and for our first ever season in League Two I don't think we can really moan at that. On top of this we have two to three games in hand on everyone above us, win all three and we could potentially move all the way up to an automatic promotion spot in third! Now that would end up coursing a shock in the systems!
The finances are in a state right now, for the first time since I've been in charge we've dropped out of the black and into the red and that looks set to continue right about now. Not sure what I can do to solve this, just hope the funds don't get too low that we lose points or the board put in a loan because thats the last thing I want to repay.
An interesting offer thats for sure, definitely the highest job I've been linked with in my time in charge. League One strugglers Bolton came calling just before Christmas, they sit in twenty third position in the league above us, not even tempting me away from Gigg Lane just yet.

It goes without saying!

January was another busy month as we battled through seven games. We faced four cup games and three league games. Narrowly lost out one nil to West Ham in the FA Cup Third Round, very respectable against a Championship side away from home too. We picked up six points from nine in the league whilst advancing to the FA Trophy Semi Final following wins against Lincoln and Newport County in the previous two rounds.
Well I am now sitting up in eleventh place, still having a very good season and due to the FA Trophy problem we have so many league games in hand. In fact we have five games in hand against the majority of the teams above us. Win all five and we'd top of the table and two points clear, but thats unlikely. Even if we win two we end up in the playoffs which would be fantastic!

I'd be over the moon with a playoff spot come the end of the season EXODDUS!
Just brought in a friendly face on a free transfer..
Delighted to bring in Mr Wright-Phillips on a free deal His wages are one and a half thousand pounds per week, one of our most expensive and just because he is thirty six the doubters guna doubt! But we have a great opportunity with him in our side!
Shedender
Dan
He is going to be a star in League Two Shedender!
Shedender
Do you think so? Sometimes 'big names' turn out to be complete shit in the lower leagues.
Still a potentially quality signing though.
Dan
I don't know if I'm honest, Need to wait and see, especially next season!
Dan
Not a fantastic month for us, but it was good enough! We picked up three league wins and a draw from our five games in League Two which was more than pleasing throughout February. Annoyingly we crashed out the FA Trophy Semi Final on penalties, losing 13 - 12 against Chelmsford. We are in the Final of the Manchester Premier Cup though, we fully expect to win.
Well, we are back in the playoff spot and still have four games in hand! Its amazing to see how well we are doing this late into the season. Our first season in League Two and we are challenging for a playoff spot, win our games in hand and we may even be challenging for an automatic promotion spot or even the top spot! Its been an unbelievable season this far...
Dan
Well, thats why its been worthwhile updating and upgrading our youth facilities and recruitment as often as possible! We have at least five possible stars come into the club during this years intake. Strikers Andy Jordan and Steve Robertson defensive right and left backs Gavin Jordan and Gerry Duff as well as Welsh keeper Jason White.

When you see the latest month to come out the team you shall understand sir!
Dan
We faced nine games over twenty seven days, really struggled to find any constant form which was annoying, costing us a little. Delighted with the big win over Scunthorpe. We also claimed the Manchester Premier Cup, expectedly I guess but a four one win in the final This went on to see us remain unbeaten in our final three league games of the month.
Well we are still up there, occupying a playoff spot and thats brilliant compared to what we were predicted to be at this season! All I'd like from the team now is to stay strong till the end and make a playoff spot! That would cap this season off brilliantly!

Our form is somewhat dodgy of late Jamie but its expected!
