How would I go about editing the A-League's rules so that the Wellington Phoenix can qualify for the AFC Champions League (currently they are "excluded"

? I've looked through the advanced editor for the A-League and can find nothing about continental qualification, and i'm not sure how to get the advanced editor working for "Add Club Continental Rules. I keep getting this: http://i.gyazo.com/04a300d35275eb1a1ef0c1256cfa79c2.png
