Are you using the default database or have you downloaded editor data for those leagues?

I have downloaded the transfer update database ( ?? ), the last one, my version of FM is 14.3.0 and i would like when i start a new career in England for example to have those teams in Premier League... but at the same time in France (Ligue 1), Spain(Primera) etc too, in the formula i wrote in the beginning.

I do not know how hard it is to achieve this but I would be very grateful
