Tactics not loading in FM 15 Beta

Hi there please can anyone help. I have downloaded tactics and put them in the tactics folder as in previous FM. When I try to load a tactic in the game from archive in the drop down menu I get an error message 'Cannot Load Tactic".

are you putting in a 2014 tactic if so they wont work they have 2 be a 2015 tactic

Thanks for the advice bud I was doing just that. downloaded four tactics i was using on FM 14.
