FM15 keeps crashing

(Apologies if this is listed in the wrong category)

I brought a copy of FM15 from steam yesterday and have been unable to get though 2 days into a new game without the game crashing (literally just the new chairman/assistant/team talk bit). Its driving me mental as I dont know whats causing it. I have tried deleting preferences/cashes aswell as changing from CPU Rendering to Software and still it keeps crashing

Has anyone else encountered this issue? And has anyone been able to fix this??
