The Normal FAC logo still has some of the 24 watermark in the top left, can you fix this?

then I would still favor, I could make the Red Bull logo with the Trieste written below ??? So the team is called Red Bull Trieste

here is the coat of arms of course be replaced with the word Trieste

Hi! I would really appreciate the logo below in 180x180, 25x18 and background left/right if possible. I have attempted it myself on Photoshop Elements but am struggling to fully remove the background.

The logo is for AS Villers-Bretonneux, an amateur team in the French 8th tier.
