Anybody devised anything decent for Conference level sides yet?

I'm struggling with Tamworth, I've got them playing a bog-standard 4-4-2 at the moment with a rather traditional lower league approach, playing a high tempo long ball game where the defence stay back to avoid being caught on the counter.

using these two with lot of success, try if you want.
mostly start with control mentality or attack depend of opponent.

jsut go a standard flat 4-4-2

with wingers on support full bakcs on auto CM as BTB and BWM

and go from there i start with standard mentality and change per opponent with the odds of the game
