Conceding glitchy goals

I seem to be conceding quite a lot of glitchy type goals, where for instance the goalkeeper will be out of his goal, clear it to an opposition player in midfield and he'll just bang it in to an empty net from 40 yards or where the goalkeeper makes the save, the ball stops on the line, but then it just gets nudged over by the goalkeeper. This doesn't seem normal to me.

I scored some goals where the shot was saved but the goalkeeper was behind the goal line near post and stood there for some time whilst my player ran to score easy goal, funny the gk decided to try ans save.
