- Finnaly and when we were already so close we got thrown out of the FA Vase, the away fixture against the super team (cogh..cogh) of West Auckland was too much for us, but this quarter finals are already much better than we expected it and gave a chance to the less regular players to make some minutes. In the league the team was not as good as in previous months and although we are in the third place, with 8 games to go the 1st is impossible to get unless Chertsey loses all their games and the second place is a bit too far away...the focus should be on the train behind us, and we can have no illusions

- The last month was not the best of all the ones we played this season and I can even say that it started pretty bad, but in end we grabbed a few more wins here and there and the thing ended up in a good fashion. The 4th place was a very good finish for a team that achieved promotion last year and I would even say that if we had played the first 10 games the same way we played the rest of the season, we would be in the promotion fight right until the last round and maybe even had made more than 97 points.
- Overall the squad was very equilibrated with almost all the players contributing with at least 15-20 games in the season and having an overall positive ranking, but inside this there is a "star" the best goalscorer of the team and the one that can be considered a star and who won the fans award of best player of the season...Stevenson. We will try to mantain the same backbone for the next season...and maybe try to fight for the first place?

- .After having done something out of this squad last year and going forward with this team, I tought that we did not need any big refurbishment of the squad and that it would be enough if we bough one or two players for the right positions...well it ended up being 8, but then again the same amount of players left. I feel now that we had a more equilibrate side than last season and although we lost one or two good players, other good ones for this division standard came to aid. Just one of the examples is James Ingham...
- Friendlies we did not do many due to the short pre-season and also the lack of availabilty from the better squads...anyway we got better in the last two ones and even if this year we dont have any new jerseys I am confident this team is good enough to fight for another top finish in the table and maybe who knows do even better....

- .For a team that I saw as being able to fight for promotion this season, these first games were far from what I had expected out of the team, starting with the league where all the players seem to have lost everything the knew from the start and could barely win a game to the poor performance in the first pre-round of the FA Cup. This puts us after only 8 games, already 7 points away from the top and closer to a relegation battle than for a promotion battle...i just pray that they get better and soon...

- There was a thing I was not really expecting since the beginning of the month. Last season we almost managed to be present in the furthest rounds of the FA Vase and even if it is not an objective of the campaign it is still something that make the players feel good...well this time, we ended up being out in the first round, and if that was not bad enough, it was against a lower level team. In the league we made some good games and we manage to pull out some good wins, but we are far from being a team that the other view as a title contender and the classification says exactly that. If we wann be in the top we have to change...

- To make the last games of the first round, the team ended up doing well but once again failing to be perfect and this perfect is actually what we need to reach the level above but by losing points in 3 of the 8 games we did, this will not happen. There is something missing in some games and is also strange that the team conceeds in some may matches even when they are playing very well and are above favourites...We are still in the race with 10 points difference from the Croydon team, but if they make another 49 points in the second round...we can say bye bye...

- It was a good start of the month once again but once again in 8 games the team only grabbed 16 points and like this it will be very difficult to get anything better than a higher place in the table. The 4th place shows how things are at the moment but so close to the top and so far from promotion. There are still 15 games left to the end of the season, but if we dont get better things will stay this way again...

- Just when we needed it the most in this last part of the season and when we still had a chance to go through after a path that has been of ups and downs the team managed to fuck everything up with a series of games that was the worst since I came into command...in 8 games we managed to lose by 5 occasions and now with only 7 rounds to play this leaves us in a position already way to far away from the top and we may even do worst than last season...maybe time to start preparing 2016/17?
