I had my chief scout handling scouting assignments and I thought it was working fine, but then I created a couple of new assignments (find me a first team striker, etc.) and I noticed they're never getting handled. They just sit there with a "preparing" status and never go through. I can't even remove them because it says my chief scout handles scouting assignments.

Is scouting an all or nothing thing? Either I set all the assignments or I have no control at all and the assignments I create don't get done?

Hello,
first you have to change responsibilities in staff page (now in fm15 it is a bit moved things here and there so, when you click on staff icon, one of subpages is responsibilities). When you open it, scroll down and find the lines for scouting (two lines), so change it from your chief to yourself. then confirm it and get out form that page, now you are ready to click on scouts and reorder all their duties and stuff.

p.s. Would be nice if you check all the stuff in responsibilities, as there are some nice ways to put hand on things you like, and to asign others for things you don't like...
