Real Sociedad are one the household name sides in Spain, and they will be your club to manage for this first stage of the tour. You join this little Basque club in an interesting stage in its history. None other than the 'Chosen One' has taken over. David Moyes has his work cut out in real life and so do you. The club has not produced on the field this season compared to last when they finished 7th in La Liga. The players at your disposal are vast, the likes of Carlos Vela, Iñigo Martínez and the ever promising Rubén Pardo maintaining a good league position should be within your grasp. Superb facilities awaits and a strong youth setup will ensure a secure future for the San Sebastián club. Qualification for Europe should be on the cards if all players stay fit and healthy. Yet the financial burden the club faces could become and issue, already £35 million in debt and a wage budget in the red, managing the finances will also be key. Can you beat the likes of Messi and Ronaldo and score more goals than them in a season? Do you have what it takes to keep up the domestic expectations saddled upon the Erreala I La Real and return the pride to a once respectable club?
A Spanish football club based in the city of San Sebastián, Basque Country, founded on 7 September 1909. Its home stadium is Anoeta, which seats 32,200 spectators. Real Sociedad won the La Liga title in 1980–81 and 1981–82, and last finished runners-up in 2002–03. The club play the Basque derby against Athletic Bilbao. Also can you, at any time during the save, apply for better coaching qualifications, or do you need to stay at the lowest settings throughout?
Cymro
Everytime you beat your rivals in a competitive fixture you get points, play them say x4 during the season then ... 5 x 4 = 20 points.
Yes you can apply for badges straight away.

First up, the Copa del Rey. A quarter-final run, beating Betis and Athletic before succumbing to the might of Atletico Madrid, despite taking a lead into the second leg.
In La Liga, we were great for most of the season, but a horrid end of season run-in meant that we finished fourth, a point behind Atletico. Still, a Champions League place is nothing to be scoffed at.
Finally, the Europa League. It contributed to the end of season disaster in La Liga, but it was well worth it as we lifted the Europa League trophy in Warsaw, beating Arsenal 2-0 with two goals from club legend and captain Xabi Prieto. But the moment that defined the campaign was the semi-final against Dortmund. 2-0 down from the first leg, we managed to turn it around at Anoeta, winning 4-0 after extra time.

I took a bit of a gamble at the start of the year by selling Inigo Martinez (£18m to Barca) and using that cash to bring in a replacement (Balanta) and a few squad improvements (Gil Romero / Barbosa / Krejci). Bit annoying getting dumped out of the Europa league so early but I think it helped by Copa del Rey win.

Europa League Group Stage exit: zero points (and it was an easy group too. )
Beat Athletic: 5 points x2 = 10 points total
Alaves and Osasuna didn't make the promotion playoffs, so no chance to beat them in the league next season.
After 1 season: 20 total points (yeesh, need to step it up...)
