1. Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 2013 or 2014/graphics/kits/put in here!
( If there is no graphics folder there, create "graphics" )
2. FM13 - click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times and click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in preferences'.....click 'Reload Skin'.
2a. FM14 - click 'Load Game'....click 'FM'...click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click 'Clear Cache'...click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes' (if you first time)....click 'Reload Skin'

I've read on ''footyheadlines''' that Nike will reveal new Norway kits in early 2015.

They have signed a deal with Nike until 2021 which started last month, but the new kits have yet to be revealed & their next game isn't until 28th March 2015.

The Wales (2014/15), Austria (2007/09), Portugal (2013/14) & Republic of Ireland (2013/14) kits are all old away kits not third kits.
The Northern Ireland kit is the new 2015/16 away kit.
The Armenia & Denmark kits are fantasy kits.
Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Luxembourg & Romania currently don't have third kits.

yeah but have you try SSKCC? they remove defaults kits if no 3rd kits.
