I decided to create new save with only managing teams in Scandinavia. I going to start with OB (I believe alot of well known players started with OB ie Eriksen) and try and turn them into force in domestic and Europe.
Club history
I'm not sure what to make of our facilities. We are in debt and the board refused to increase junior coaching budget and a feeder club due to lack of funds
And a club haven't won the league since 1989.
Finances
No surprised to see why we are in debt. It will be difficult this season as we're not in Europe competitions which could see us go deeper in red.
Transfer budget
I'm quite happy with the budget but I will mostly look at free players or youth to save the club money.

After pushing all of our transfer budget toward wages, we're still over the budget. Which could see us selling top players
Chairman is also enjoying his role at the club, hopefully we get taken over soon than later.

I think we are too far away from challenging for the title maybe next 2 seasons or so. Aiming for 6th this season.

Desperate time calls for desperate measure
Erugh, Managed to offer 2 players within our wage budget but others wants more than their current wages
Offered Schoop to clubs and currently in talks with 4 clubs.
Also Emil Larsen will be leaving us after 5 clubs matched his minimum release clause, he's highest paid player at the club (6.25K) when others nowhere close to him (2nd highest is 2.7K - Ruud) Wanted by 15 clubs including those 4.
Can't even afford to keep those staff
Genuinely hoping to keep him at the club.
I have also missing out on players on free as I couldn't match their demand
